100 mg of zoloft with 60 mg of delsym-12 DXM -- risk of serotonin syndrome?

so i take 100 mg of zoloft daily, (which i enjoy because it suppresses the urge to rape women and commit armed-robbery) but the problem is, the emotional flatness it brings forth can be a bit too much. well, i've noticed a light dose (60 mg) of DXM polistirex (delsym-12) balances me out perfectly and i'd like to add this in conjunction with the zoloft... the problem is, through my online research, that mixing DXM and SSRI'S can bring forth serotonin-syndrome, which can ultimately lead to a suffering death -- and i sure as hell don't want to die -- but at the same time, i don't want to rape women and commit armed-robbery, so i want to stay on the zoloft and at the same time have normal emotional responses.
so what's your input?

do you think i'm putting myself at risk for serotonin-syndrome by medicating myself daily with 60 mg of time-released DXM & 100 mg of zoloft?

i've reduced my zoloft to 50 mg and dxm polistirex dosage to 30 mg just to be on the safe side since no one wants to share any of their insight.

it will depend on your body size and tolerance but it seems like you figured out how much to take on your own. I was on zoloft for a short time , my dosage was raised to a 450mg dose prescribed by my doctor but i felt no change. im on something else now but that's not the point. im just saying it seems possible to mix your dose with dxm and turn out fine but everyone is different.

Do not take Dextromethorphan if you are on SSRIs, regardless of the dose you are on. You are at risk of serious and possibly fatal serotonin syndrome if you do.
Taper off your SSRIs (if you think it's worth it) until you are clean and no longer taking them (for at least a week) before you go abusing DXM.
