100 mg Librium vs. 2 mg Klonipin Daily, Which is more comfortable?

So, I was prescribed Librium for a short while, but forget how well it worked really, because I was in psych wards and rehab, and blah blah blah. Good news is I am home now. I am currently on 1 mg Klonipin 2 x daily, but would I benefit more from 50 mg Librium 2 x daily. I've read all the benzo equivalency charts, but still am confused as to which one would be better for me. I know Klonipin is a nice simple, potent long-acting benzo, but Librium basically becomes Valium in the system, and I know that is much less potent, but is also very long acting, and has nice muscle relaxant properties. I've been on benzos daily for like a year now. I guess what I am asking is would I be dissapointed switching back to Librium or pleasantly surprised? I know it's all about what floats your own boat, but I am kind of torn. I will still have Ativan PRN either way, and could switch back if I wanted. Need some feedback. Thanks in advance.

this decision is ultimately up to yourself. you're only generating others subjective opinions by asking the greater population their thoughts on the effects and, though helpful, it can get confusing with all the differing opinions. until you try it yourself you'll never know how you react to it.

best bet would be to discuss it with your doctor.
