Well I've recently came across a 100 mcg fentanyl duragesic patch. I've never done them before but I have heard great things. I normally consume 80mg of Oxycodone a day and was wondering where I go from here? They guy I got them from said to cut them up but I've been reading you cant do that with the gel ones. Any information on how much I should do and the best way to do them would help out thanks.

So, it's one of the gel patches. Now it depends on what route of administration you want to use.
If you're going to smoke it, start with just a little matchead sized piece and go from there.
Or you can rub the gel on your gums. In that case i wouldn't use any more than a quarter of the gel to start out with. Give it a while and then go from there.

I've actually never done it like that, but if you're looking to get high you probably don't want to go that route. Fentanyl (and all drugs) absorb pretty slowly through the skin.It will take a few hours to even kick in, and then at 100ug per hour, I'm not sure how impressed you will be.
