Ya, but females have higher sensitivity to opiates compared with males. Look it up, its a fact. So 1 OC 80 crushed may not affect a guy whoes ratio of dose to body makeup is the same as the girls, despite them taking approximately the same dose in relation to size / weight and all.

There are numerous examples of body weight having little to do sensativity to a drug.

Also looking at mortality rates in rats and directly applying that to humans is flawed and again I don't have to go out of my way to prove that.

crazy thread. to answer your question, just taking ONE OC80 can cause death, assuming you break the time release..if you swallow it whole, ur pretty much getting 8 percocets worth released in ur blood at once, and 8 more percocet worth 6 hours later...which will leave u incredibly ill....(no tolerance that is)

regardless of bodyweight....80mg of oxycodone can kill a non tolerant person..thats if 80mg is released all at once, it CAN, not saying it will 100% will happen.

Anyway, do not underestimate how big an opioid tolerance can grow to, with years of practice. When you IV oxycodone, the tolerance grows like a pile of shit in the monkey cage. I myself took 200-300mg IV Daily, and I had some friends who were doing 500mg a day, IV. Now I'm not going to go guessing what the oral equivalent would be, but I'm 100% positive it is very possible to have a tolerance to survive 800mg oxycodone orally in time-release form.

IV oxy is a nasty habit. my tolerance rocketed everyday literally. plus how expensive an oc 40 is....i was up to iv'ing 250mg to get right. itense and short lived, hundreds of dollar investment, screw that. obviously why i turned to dope, 10x cheaper and stronger, along with the shame of this lifestyle.

Also, is it definitely true that youd die from 800mgs? I've taken 400 and I definitely could've taken more. I know other people who've taken 480mgs. I don't know anyone that has taken more. Though I guess that was over a 12 hour period. Not all at once.
