Interesting sign, as some benzos are 'recreational' and some aren't... sounds like this one has potential.
Dose: 0.5mg 2-3 times/day is the word. That's a very high potency, on the level of klonopin. Getting addicted to this stuff would be a terrible idea, particularly if supply gets cut off and a person can't convince their doctor...

I was hoping the potency would be more like valium...MDPVagrant

Kee-rist, imagine mebbe a full gram of a HIGHLY potent and sedating benzo dissolved in a quart of vodka... LOL. Somebody may have just discovered the most potent downer ever invented (straight down into the grave, most likely).Jabberwocky

Fwiw, I have come by some amount of this substance. It appears that it suspends well in glycerol, if anyone else here uses rectal admin (works much faster). I'd mix it directly into some pure glycerol, then dilute with water later and plug using an oral syringe.
This appears to be very effective, just don't use too much glycerol unless you're wanting a laxative effect.
Note - Suspension or colloidal dispersion may also be an alternative to dissolving in alcohol for purposes of volumetric measurement and dosing... perhaps it would disperse evenly in 50/50 glycerol : dh2o. I have not tried this for oral admin, but it could conceivably work. I'd just be sure to "shake well" every time before using, in case some of it settles out.
In terms of effects, it's more sedating than clonazepam but really no more euphoric (to me anyway). Some nausea was observed, watering eyes, slight dizziness/blurred vision, otherwise it just feels like the typical relaxed/easy sensation from benzos. Nothing special... I'm an 'uppers' person though, and don't suffer from anxiety problems.
IMO the recommended dosage on Wikipedia and such (0.5 to 1mg 2-3 times per day) is about right with no previous tolerance. The recommended max of 10mg/day is probably due to half life issues, i.e. too much build up in the bloodstream could be dangerous.
P.S. I would NOT drink alcohol with this, ever... the sedation/nausea are significant, and mixing the two would really worry me. Please don't be the first to put this substance in the newspaper headlines.
Yes, but pharmacologic effects are much shorter lived than half life, as with diazepam. Still a good reason to be cautious tho.MDPVagrant
