OP, don't take this the wrong way but I think you're better off just sticking with dry powder and 0.001g scale dosing for this one.
good laboratory technique takes practice, so go ahead and buy several glass dropper vials of various sizes, and be prepared to PRACTICE HANDS ON with plain water and table salt before you feel steady enough to swiftly and safely use non-volumetric tools for volumetric dosing. what I mean is, EACH DROP from a dropper vial like that can be different in size, depending on the steadiness of your hand, the temperature of the liquid, and probably the number of sunspots currently visible from Artemis II.
personally I would avoid putting more than 10 doses (<250mg AMT) in a single bottle. there is simply too much risk of someone discovering your stash and being a retard, a la Fear and Loathing.
I have had success with 2C-E in a similar dropper vial as you are attempting, but it was at a concentration of approx 10mg/ml (making the 1dram = 3.6ml = 36mg). Each dropperfull (NOT DROP!) thus contained about 5mg 2C-E, which was sufficient enough for my personal dosing because i could then divide the dropper into 15 or so drops which gave finer control of dosing. But remember your precision is only 20% at best when working with drops, so you might get 16mg one time, and 24mg another time, and probably way more off than that in practice.
the correct volumetric method is to use a needle-free syringe (like that for baby cough syrup) which has clear divisions per 0.1ml, giving you much closer to 5% precision. i know you're trying to go for the "psychedelic sorcerer" blue vial feeling, though, so here's my own suggestion:
1. obtain a 0.001g scale and practice using it. perhaps grab a lab chemistry textbook from goodwill or something, so you can see correct lab technique. (weigh 500mg of salt, take it off, turn the scale off, on, and weigh again, compare results). I should not have to mention that you MUST have a pen and paper next to your scale to take IMPECCABLE NOTES. learn about tare mass and using differences!
2. once you are familiar with your technique, place approx 20mg AMT into the smallest vial. The exact value is not important, but it IS important that you WRITE IT DOWN. Also weigh the vial+AMT together to get a tare value.
3. Using the dropper, add distilled water one drop at a time. Take a note of how much each drop weighs as you add it. The density of water is ~1g/ml at room temperature.
4. Stop adding water when you feel that you're at the level you want to be equal to the ~20mg "dose" of AMT. take a note of the ratio of AMT and mass of water so you can multiply it upwards to your larger vial.
5. Swirl the vial to ensure solution. if the AMT does not dissolve, you either have freebase AMT (see the vinegar comment, and read up on organic salts) or you did not use enough water to dissolve your AMT. There is a certain visible difference between the two situations, which you can look online for more information.
6. once you have your ratios decided, the rest is pie

and i'd be glad to help you out with it when you get to that step.
