1/4 of acid hit???

ok so i have never done acid b4, but i cant find 8-12 hours to do it, and i was wondering if i took like 1/4 hit, would it effect my normal day, like at school, or just at home with parents, like would anyone notice or would it just slightly effect me and i do nothing weird? thanks

I saw this thread earlier and was hoping someone would chime in with some knowledge, your experience is very interesting I must say...

Never heard of LSD hitting someone just 30min. after ingestion, myself its 60-90min nothing less, possibly a little more...

I've tripped in my room while my parents were home numerous occasions.

If you are forced to speak to them about something, just remain calm and play normal - they won't notice you are tripping.

I also keep a bank of excuses handy if they notice any slight physiological differences:

1. Sweaty - I was working out in my room, pushups and crunches
2. Unusually Happy - I just got an sms from this girl/guy I like
3. Eyes Bloodshot - I was just having a nap

Just try to think of them before you need them, that way they sound more natural when you need to use them to cover the fact up that you are tripping.

Also, I haven't done a Quarter before but Half is a good amount. The effect of quarter would be extremely slight IMO. No harm in having 1/4 first and after an hour the other 1/4 if you don't feel much at all.

It would have to be an unusually strong tab for 1/4 to effect you in a way that would make it hard or undesirable to function normally.

On a different but somewhat related note taking a 1/4 of a tab is a good way to get a rough idea of the ug strength of a tab. There is always so much speculation and bs about how strong tabs are. Erowid says that the threshold dose of lsd is 20ug so if you take a quarter and get noticable effects then you can assume that the tab contains a least 80ug. If you really think you have an especially strong tab you could have 1/8th and if those effects are noticable then the tab is probably 160ug+

I strongly disagree. I've felt acid coming on, in as little as 15mins. Mostly liquid taken sublingual, but I've felt blotters and gel tabs, in under a half hour. Was I tripping? No. But I surely felt it.

EDIT: As a matter of fact, if It took 90mins to feel a hit of lsd, I'd start to think something was fishy. But it does effect everyone different.

^^ya If its a solid hit of acid I know within an hour at the absolute most that its coming on, I'm usually peaking at two hours and then depending on how much I ate I peak plateau come down. But I wouldnt eat a 1/4 hit thats so small eat half a hit and even then you might not feel it.

Just take the tab at night when your fam goes to bed? Make your first LSD experience memorable and take the whole thing.

i've done this and gone to hang out with friends. it gives you a sort of weird sense of the acid being there..

try half a tab if you want to just get drunk and stoned with friends. gives the acid mindset and AMAZING euphoria without the whole deep trip.
