[Note to reader: Yesterday I was in a pretty good mood, thus, I ask you to please forgive some degree of cheeeziness ]
In these blessed moments
Of transcendent calm and peace
When harmony abounds
And refuge is found,
When loved ones are near
To satiate your fears,
When tears can fall lightly
And joy shine so brightly,
When you’re dreams can be felt
And the cards you’ve been dealt
Fall
Effortlessly into place
Perfectly in sync with time
And with space
In these moments . . .
The benevolent substrate
Of life’s composition
Appears clear and distinct.
Though these moments are not rare
for they exist everywhere
they can only be discovered
if truly you dare.

As always, I adore the writing style. Much simpler than you usually put down, but it suits you just as your other works do.

Nothing wrong with happiness, and I like the sense from this poem of beauty arising from fractures - the hint of darkness makes it all the more beautiful. As I'm in a similar mood, this is worthy of a Valentine's Day Bump.
