Stimulants 🦋Adderall or Vyvanse🦋

I have a few questions (to be frank..... I really don't want to hear about dangers, risk, stupidity or advice to abstain) Please if you can just answer the questions I'm asking it would be appreciated.
I heard that Adderall could be smoked. How exactly is Adderall or Vyvanse smoked? In a bowl like weed, or on tinfoil like dope?
They are capsules some with powder some with beads. Any suggestions on how to do it efficiently?

You want to try smoking them to get a better rush or what? Cause orally they seem to work just fine. That's just me though
