🍫 UK 'trad hash' scene 🍫

As long there are no weird not recognisable parts,
and pieces of plastic in it. Or tastes more like Camel turd avoid.

We bought Black Morrocan, which is already shit.
But when had the chance to buy a whole tile.
For cheap, i learned how bad hashish exist,
there were pieces of platsic in it.

Toke that once and you know, so they can expect me the next day back.

Not happy, when sold as is OK but selling it as THC, that bad business.
Expect trouble from customer s you shitted, a percentage will return and retaliate.
So has that already taken place or is where you life everyone way to polite ?

Or are there a set of Bouncers at the door or so.

I'm very happy for you to come visit me & I will show you where I live.
Let me put it this way it's one of the most Poor parts of the UK & apart from the outbreaks of Tuberculosis & Human Sex Slave Rings that are busted every 6 months the next town less than 2 miles up the road has signs in the street to tell the Roma they can't take a shit in the street. Go Figure ;)

Sounds nice, we have Paper posters on trashcan s,
saying no Fucking or Shitting in the park is allowed.

I d love to post a photo, but they blocked my Postimage account.

But the Coffee-shops, who sell illegal product tolerated.
At least are honest so THC weed is excactly that,
same for their CBD weed which is Legal in contrast btw.

But been in the UK as teener, liked it a lot.
Slept with a guest family, real poor probably & real nice people.
In Brighton. Just remebered on of m mates 1/2 Brit,
so can say i love handmade Kidney Pie.

English break-fast, and white Beans in Tomato, Egg s and Bacon as diner.
Going to London in the evening, secretly. taking the last train back.

I think a lot has changed, 50 year s later, seeing the vids.

I've actually visited the Rif mountains in Morocco where the majority of the hashish seen in the UK is produced.

It was interesting to note that they produced three distinct products using traditional methods.

The highest quality (sticky black AKA 'gold seal') is the 'first flowers. They are hand-picked, heated and pressed. This is commonly referred to as sticky/squidgy black or gold seal (they really did use gold for the logo as thin sheets are still available for production of illuminated lettering.

The second quality is, again when more flowers appear (the plant chemistry evidently means when the flowers are removed, it produces more). In fact there are more flowers BUT the THC concentrations is lower. Again, these are hand-picked and processes. This is commonly referred to as 'soap bar' but in fact, when fresh it's actually bendy and soft. It fluffs up when you hold a lighter to it. It's a lighter colour and that colour depends on the genetics of the plants grown.

Then once again more flowers are produced BUT in this case the manufacturers are aware that there isn't much THC in the flower but there is still some within the plant. So they tend to be less selective when cutting parts off the plant. Again, it's processed and you end up with what some people know as read-seal or, commonly, 'diesel' because it's impurities mean it doesn't taste very nice BUT it still has some activity.

I do not recommend people visit this region. While we were treated well, we were acutely aware that in such a remote region there are no emergency services or law enforcement. The people there are also VERY aware of how much UK prices are so be prepared to haggle to get even a reasonable deal.

It's a whole little tour package. The growers obviously get a much higher profit so it's in there interests to keep possible customers happy. But you do need to be aware of local customs and have respect for the local culture.

You're almost right - the plants only produce one set of buds. Usually the commerically available Moroccan tiers are

Top commercial tier: Best plants, plants are lightly beaten against a fine mesh. The resin-producing structures (trichomes) and not much else fall through the mesh and are collected and usually pressed for storage and sale. It will melt very quickly with a flame and bubble.

Second tier: The plants which have been beaten already or lower grade plants are beaten against a less fine mesh. There is dust and plant matter in this hash but it's still very good and will bubble when heated.

Third tier: Same as above with a less fine mesh and more vigorous beating. The product is still soft and pliable and a much lighter colour but still pretty good when fresh. It's known as La Mousse.

Other tiers : More beating, bigger meshes, more plant matter, reduced quality.

Sub tiers: People start putting shit back into it to bulk it out. Cheap and to be avoided at all costs. :sus:

There are people producing higher grades for local consumption, doing things like static extraction using aluminium bowls to separate out the finest trichomes, a method they arrived at with minimal resources which is now being replicated in high tech setups in the first world. By douches in baseball caps.
 
Lots of different hash available last time I checked the DNM, not sure if it will count as "trad" by your standards but it's worth a look

Like everything in the world of drugs 'La Mousse' is not always a guarantee of quality - it's not top grade and there's a lot of plant matter in it but it can be a good smoke especially fresh. It hardens into typical blonde hash.
