So my source fucked up and I got the majority of my blast for free :) happy day. Now I sit and wait til I can begin this npp.

Did they also slip in a free replacement liver, just in case? :p =D
Lol!
I have about 15ml of 2mg/ml methyl tren. I'm gonna try dosing it orally though to see how it differs from injection. Of course this will be in September after I get bloods done after my 6 week long cruise. Cruising blows... But at least I get to see what nandrolone has to offer this blast

Hardly long enough for esters to have cleared..? I know you don't think about future health at your age, but maybe you should give it some consideration...

There appears to be considerable misinformation regarding supposed health benefits of AAS especially at excessively high doses run for prolonged periods on another forum, it is a concern this criminal disregard for health is being actively promoted, when medical research clearly shows a link to negative effects of testosterone on cardiovascular health....!!!!

^ At what doses does testosterone start to considerably affect cardiovascular health ? What magnitude of such effects should one expect from 250-300 mg of test e / week for decades ?

Unfortunately as GF says, controlled long-term studies of this nature simply don't exist.

However we do know some of the negative side-effect mechanisms of AAS, and also that their severity generally correlates to dose and duration. We also know that some compounds appear to be worse than others. But anything more specific is unfortunately just an informed guess, and I have attempted to give a few of those on here from time to time.

Assuming a long-term decent diet and consistent exercise, we can probably assume that moderate doses of relatively mild compounds (eg 500mg Testosterone), taken with as much time off as on, will have essentially no impact on life expectancy compared to a group of 'average' people (that article is also conveniently summarised here).

In reality of course, what this really means is the life-extending effects of a healthy diet and exercise are balancing out the negative repercussions of long-term AAS use. But for many people (including myself) it's a trade-off they're prepared to take.

Hmm question for you guys. How would one go about getting their heart checked without raising red flags or having other tests done by the doc which could raise red flags? I get my blood work done privately so as to avoid the shit on my med record. I just want to make sure the ol ticker is doing well without my doc saying "well it's been awhile since you had a comprehensive physical so I'll schedule you lab work full panel while we're at it" lol and see my test levels are in range but lh/fsh in the shitter.
Edit: I'm in the states so if that matters. Maybe just finding a way to talk to my doc to have only ekg etc done for another possible ailment precaution?

HCG would help manipulate the LH/FSH portion of the test. I'm not hundred percent certain if HCG is recognized as LH on a blood test. However consider the nature that it basically mimics LH and exists as an analog....

From being in the states like yourself. You need to find some shady doctors. You're in the midwest with me so you got Cincinnati, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus etc. These are some dirty ass cities if you know the right part.

I dunno bro...if youre concerned about your health i feel like the best thing to do is be honest

Or you can be like me...havnt been to the dr since HS...if i feel like something is wrong ill go to the dr...until then i will not go near it

Sero, haven't you also been on a cruise/blast protocol for quite a while? How old are you if I may ask?

If you don't have insurance, you can just say "I really don't think I can afford anything more than a ekg", but you live in the uk with free health care right?

Soo today I got myself a gym membership!! W00t W00t. To those who didn't know, I haven't been in a gym in I'd say close to 9-10 months now. Haven't picked up a weight at all between that time. Only thing I've done is occasional cardiovascular exercise (jogging or some HIIT routine in my room) and I got resistance bands. That has been about it.

I would never recommend that anyone take a break for more than what is needed. I pretty much fucked myself up when I moved across the U.S and wasn't proactive in immediately getting a gym membership after I was done moving. Also as a result I did lose a pretty substantial amount of quality LBM (natural growth and performance enhancement) Only thing that stayed the same thankfully was my waist size measuring in at 29'' :)

I'm 6' 4'' (6' 5'' if you catch me on a good day) and I stepped in on the scale this morning at 179 lbs which is about a 7-10 lb drop in the last few days which was probably water and some glycogen. Here is a picture that I'm going to use as my before and after. I'm wondering if any of you got any advice on how long I should wait before taking another one for comparison? I feel I've been off long enough that I may experience slight "beginner gainz" and maybe even a little muscle memory kind of thing going.

I was going to immediately jump into a burst cycle from carb depletion to start my training again, but a lot of factors have now kind of put that to a halt. (GI flares and I can't get quality test anywhere right now!) Also any of you got any interesting training theories to practice? I've always followed my own interpretation of Dorian Yate's training ideologies. High intensity, heavy weight, low reps and minimal rest time. I've thought about powerlifting routine a little since nutty always posts that kind of stuff, but I can't do any of the pressing exercises which is pretty much all the cool ones. Any thoughts would be nice.

Also I learned that no matter what you do leg development just melts away. I was almost a little too embarrassed to post a picture of my legs because they are 1/3 of what they used to be.

I'm 24 been blasting and cruising for about 18 months now. Just haven't had my heart checked since I was 18 so was just curious if anything has changed from my substance or anything. Blood work is always fine and in range. BP was a bit high from tren and stims. Checked a few days ago and was normal. Fasting blood sugar is good according to my Dr. I may make an annual trip to a shady doc if needed lol as I do have health insurance but according to the new Obama care thing insurance companies aren't supposed to be able to deny you coverage for pre existing conditions anymore though it could fuck up my rates. Though it would be badass to get pharma ancillary drugs in my name for once lol and for free due to my insurance. I'll stick to ugl test though lol the oil is much thinner

For comparison pictures i try to take them every month
For training I dont know what you would wanna do...ive used some ridiculous workouts..like not lifting weight at all and using resistance tubes and EA Active to get a nice lean look because when I use gear even in small amounts and lift weights i turn into a lego man

Ive always kinda went off what arnold thought when it comes to lifting weights..just pick a muscle and and do whatever u want considering there is 10000 work outs...i never follow any type of routine.

For putting on weight I always just stick to the basic low reps heavy weight

Damn dude just my personal opinion, but you were way too young to be blasting and cruising?! I know you got the knowledge on how to go about with the best harm reduction in mind, but you should give yourself a 6 month break or something! Your HPTA needs a break to recover and regroup. It isn't too hard to treat the male with hypogonadism with testosterone supplementation, but if you irreversibly alter another point on the axis (hypothalamic/pituitary/neurological) I don't think a TRT program covers those aspects properly.

Do you ever use HCG? I wouldn't exactly know how to use it in a cruise/blast protocol. I'm assuming on the cruise so you can give the testicles an LH analog to prevent extreme atrophy.
