Ha! I wasn't trying to push DNP lol. I'm usually doing the opposite, as it's not really that nice to use and not as amazing as bros hype it to be.

I do think any bodybuilder who's been at it for quite a few years and is no stranger to PEDs should give most things a try at some point though, purely for informational purposes of course ;-)

I try to impose an all or nothing principle with my cutting, because my body does not shed fat easily. Now that I know DNP isn't a death sentence I think I'll try it out by itself.

I feel this ancillary is very dependant on the source. It seems it could be the most dangerous as there is no longer any human grade dnp on the market (I always recommend pharma grade for other more sensitive items such as clen and t3 as micrograms are hard to measure), but since there is no pharma grade dnp, I'd have to be very careful choosing a source. And always start low, better to go too low and be a bit disappointed at first than go too high and suffer.

To be fair, there hasn't been a 'pharma' source of DNP since 1938, to my knowledge at least, though some is processed for mostly biokinetics research purposes. Until last year much supply was coming from Argentina, was highly rated, and was pretty reliable. I'm not sure on the situation at the moment since that route's been closed.

With regards to safety, if someone's going to 'cut' DNP they'll probably just use cheapo flour or malto, since you'd never be able to tell. As far as overdosing because it's not been measured properly (much less likely, given the profit margin hit and the fact you need to mix it roughly 50:50 to fill out a capsule), the average sized 00 capsule isn't able to take more than about 400mg DNP powder or 300mg DNP crystal max.

Obviously that's not entirely reassuring but unless you're completely heat insensitive and your supplier has no concern for his profit margin at all, you'd know you had too much and could easily stop dosing long before you ever reached an LD50. I often wonder at the retardedness of people who actually do manage to cook themselves - I can only assume it's a Darwinian cull of sorts.

Not really a lot by some standards, but I'm hungry as fk again already even though I still feel content, and it's only 11am. If I kept going at this rate I'd asplode.

Aaaaaaand I might've just confirmed I've developed lactose intolerance. Holy hell someone's stabbing my guts (I've already been drinking my coffee with lactose free, or soy if I have to)

Was plenty pleased with my last cycle; slightly over 20kg gain over 15 weeks. Unfortunately I can't train much at the moment with a health problem... so I'm hoping the gains don't flush away too fast. Always happens with me, I make good progress, then something always comes along at the end to mess up my plans.
 
Coming along well enough. Strength has gone up plenty as expected, though I'm not quite gaining as much as I'd like due to constant digestive bullshit putting me off eating far too often :( only up ~5kg or so, but have switched from WPC back over to WPI to see if it makes any difference to my possible lactose intolerance, and thus far it actually has :) so I'll at least be able to get those protein cals in much much easier now :)
 
I have a lot of trouble with whey and bloating, but having tried with/without determined its not the lactose.

Pea protein is roughly equipotent to whey, but I tried some and OMG dismissed that option out of hand LOL.
 
I thought pea and rice proteins were undesirable on their own due to having an incomplete amino acid profile, but together they were viable making up for what the other was missing. But sadly, yes the taste and texture is far from the best, so I've heard
 
So I did my first inject tonight to begin raising my long ester dosage...

400 desoxytest cyp
75 test e
4.25ml total in my glute... The Desoxytestosterone is the anchor of my stack being at 800/week to see what it can do. The plan is for the ester to build up to Max by June which is when I'm transitioning from cut to bulk, so perfect timing ester wise. Will update further then :D

Damn, that's a big bolus, I like to keep my volumes <2ml these days lol. Have you tried just Desoxy by itself before? Results? Having had some prostate issues in the past, I'm fairly interested in giving it a go solo.
 
I used it alongside my cruise of 150test at 400mg/week. Extremely mild side effects wise. Kept muscles nice and full and retained a decent amount of glycogen. Very dry, no bloof so to speak. I like it so far. It's been a more powerful primo in my experience thus far.

Just got some mastren in: 100/100 Masteron tren mix. Gonna pin this good tonight! 0.5cc of course
 
What's the absolute best way to ensure you never hit a nerve or vein in your ass besides recommending to pin upper outer portion? Injecting oneself sucks. I'm using 23 1/2 gauge and 100 mg/ml tren roughly every other day and the injection annoyance is offset by the understanding this is extending the cycle and therefore virilizing me into beast mode.. then I remember tren puts me in bad mood a lot and I have a mood swing to bad mood LOL

I have a lot of trouble not passing through veins in my calves, and occasionally hitting nerves. Had the BIGGEST and NASTIEST knots in my calves every now and then when I've parked too close to a nerve :( quads have a little bit of trouble with nerves occasionally too, though not nearly as bad as calves.

Maybe my idea is the only way lol....what sites are you cycling through, and how often/how much are you pinning? I haven't had any issues cycling delts/quads/calves, and if the next site is still a bit tender or whatever from last time, I can just jump to v.glutes. This is pinning ED, and up to 1.4ml each time.

As Trozzle said, don't pin it..

You should always pin the upper outer area of glutes, to avoid the sciatica nerve...
