Did back today, was grunting, no more then normal with heavy shrugs until I bit down on tooth, I was told I sounded like I was being attacked by a large bear. lol After kindly explaining to the really nice group of young smoking hott college girls, my lovely woman told them " He's sorry he just had surgery the other day, they removed a piece of ceramic tank armor from his mouth" the stared at her like she was crazy, my dad laughed his ass off but the personal trainer ( training the girls) said " Nothing says whats your excuse better then doing heavy lifts after having an oral surgery, that resulted from a tank explosion." At this point I almost passed out I was laughing so hard. Would it be wrong to milk tank explosion to attempt to work a 3 way with one of the girlies from the gym and my woman?
GF is right a mirror helps, Also it helps to have like a little lap top stand, and a tray you can sterilize ( the make metal sunken trays fro exams I own a few) This way set the lap top stand up, in front of the mirror, lay the tray out, place a new sterile tray over out of package and lay out all your implements. have a few set of gloves out and at the ready, glove swab the area, toss gloves, reglove, swab tops of all necessary vials, draw the needed oil. recap syringe remove glove. This is where I jump into the shower and let the warm moist air warm the materials up, loosen the muscles . Now glove Swab the injection area, place the new needle on the syringe, pull back aspirate ( if you do this it is not necessary) inject. Recap the syringe, remove the pin from the barrel place all your biohazrd trash into a large opaque container, I like to use bleach bottles, I wrap the syringe, pins and every thing in the gloves used that session, ALL pins are capped. then I fill the container half up and pour concrete in that bitch. OCD I know people but hell this way I know I am clean and that no one is finding shit in my trash cans. We talk about every thing else but procedure for injection ( and disposal) of our materials. We should go over it in a new thread. Basic cleanliness, how to store our materials in a safe and effective manners this goes from orals, oils, liquid suspensions, peptides and what ever the hell else we need to cover, Any one think we need this?
