Drinks
No prework out
During the work out I carry two bottles one that’s just straight water. The second is Water with/ 5g BCAA/ 2g of a pre-made Electrolyte mix, a recovery mix( pre-made) ( 35% whey Protein, 30% Maltodextrin, 35% Dextrose) put this beast in that soda stream thing get a little carbonation going, and add juice from 2 limes and a lemon, 1tbl spoon honey.
 
I dont listen to music anymore when I lift. Used to be a lot of all that remains, chimaira, all shall perish, machine head, and some disturbed. Then to cool down/tanning music it was like shinedown, godsmack, ill nino, seal, mgk, breaking benjamin: something that I can relax and space out to and get lost in. Im all about drinking water during workouts. Every now and then I use a pre workout if im really dragging ass. Its hemo rage ultra black concentrate. I got it really cheap a while ago and cracked it open to try it.

Side note: found out an old friend from middle school/high school is a rams cheer leader (not that our team is any good lol)

Yeah i'm not a big pre work out fan, but i drink water and like a mix of shit just to keep me going no stims just protein, carbs electrolytes and what have you especially when Im up at 430 am to do my 5am 5 mile run. Just need the flue. I try to keep the sugar down as well. Closest thing to a pre-work out I come to is like a nootropic (Phenylpiracetam) helps if i need a lil focus but only when i have been burning the candle at both ends and need to focus.

So any reason you stopped listening to music? or nah? Good point about the cool down music say some Explosions in the sky or god is an astronaut ( nice melodic no lyrics) is def a nice way to throttle down after an intense work out. I listen to the music to drown out the bs they play at the gym I work out at ( the girl on in the morning when i go in is far to perky and playing like fucking pop music drives me bananas that and frankly most mornings I dotn want the recap of my friends i lift with night ( one has a kid who is 2 and i hear the endless stories of how brilliant this kid is and how gifted he is because he was drawling a racoons in space and blah blah ugh, dont get me wrong Im his godfather but for fuck sake I dont need a daily progress report, and the other one I love him but his fience is a harpy and all i hear is how she fucks his life up and that he thinks she cheating on him again... well you get the point, Im there to train not have a therapy session( hence why I am slowly building a gym at my house. ) Sorry for the rant there Serotonin but they drive me batty some times.

The hemo rage is decent? jittery energy clean or that feeling like your half tweaked out? Any plans for the week end mate?
 
Its not a bad pre work out. Pretty clean, id liken it to decent quality cocaine at a low dose. Plans for the weekend are work, six flags trip, then funeral for a good friend from college.

and I know the feelinf about drowning out the gym. I go to a local Y and I got the times down to where the weight room is empty so its nice.

yesterday, I smashed a leg workout listening to dnb. But more often, I'll have some fear factory, chimaira, metallica, ffdp, type o negative, ect playing.

lol DnB eh? that makes my list from time to time, my only problem with any type of EDM is when im listening to it i have the urge to dance lol but a nice solid set is always great for the run and cardio session.

Serotonin Sorry to hear about the funeral mate. Six flags nice, great weather for the day. I am in the process of prepping gear for a lil climbing up at High Rocks in Ralph Stover Park in Pa, some nice climbs there. Figure climb, then grill a big ass steak before going home.
 
It happens. People die. Sometimes it confuses me how my body hasnt given out yet others do under much less strenuous conditions. High will to live maybe?
And hell yeah I forgot about fear factory. Ever check out divine heresy which sprouted off after fear factory called it quits?
And I wish I had more things to do outdoors that relates to physical conditioning. If I lived closer to ft Leonard wood id run their obstacle course which is complete with a 50 ft rapelling wall if memory serves right. Havent tied a swiss seat in ages so rapelling may have to wait lol

Neo, I do dance to dnb when I'm alone at my house. I'm not fixing to start break dancing between sets at the gym though, as fucking awesome as I'd look. Sometimes I think it'd be cool to work out to porn. That would really gear me up too. I'm just not sure how I'm supposed to watch it and lift at the same time lol. When I was locked up, I used to lay out a bunch of pictures of fine ass bitches and just tweak out on them between sets.

Guys, I'm thinking about taking my tanning gymrat persona to the next level. I'm planning on buying a 07 yamaha r6 as my first bike. Opinions?

that's a fast bike mate, I have ridden a few but for me the need to hit max speed on that bitch would be waaay to tempting. Nice for a first bike, might be over kill though for a first bike but hell if it tickles your fancy snap it up.

I have an older Triumph, that I have been slowly working on fro some time. Most of it has been custom made, its dead simple, all the mechanics showing that's more my style. But I do love the race bikes man, sleek shiny look they are are going a thousand miles an hour when standing still. You know the cops call cats who run from the police on a bike organ donors. But hell if you feel you can handle it and you like the bike like I said rock it brother, on a day like today nice, clear sky, not too hot or cold, helluva great day for a ride. lol I'm just wishing the motor on mine bike was in working order lol

Oh yeah, I just tried superdrol @20mg preworkout. I didn't get the crazy pumps that everybody was talking about, but I did feel like I could beat up an elephant. Will have to try again on a muscle that I have a better mind-muscle-connection with.

Superdrol isn't a preworkout steroid. You have to take it everyday for about a week to start getting the pumps and glycogen retention otherwise your wasting it.
 
The take it right before a work out thing comes from a lot of broscience, people think they are getting more out of it that way. But I donno, never made any real sense to me. I dose in my orals with meals generally, to attempt to keep levels as stable as possible. Though with orals, I take the lions share of mine earlier in the day, though I am prone to insomnia so if I wait to late and take it say to close to when I plan to sleep, I don’t get much sleep.

I feel ya on that formula there man, bikes muscles and ink will def get you a fair bit of attention from women. Not a bad formula for trying to hook a girlie, and if your tan and have a few well placed scars, you look all the more mysterious bad ass. But for me my girlie fell for the uniform, scars, ink and bike where a surprise lol ^-^
 
Women do love ink and scars and a muscular man. Just being better looking than the average joe is really many miles apart as it makes you memorable and stand out. My hazel eyes, now black hair (melanotan darkens your hair as it grows as well), and the body I have I turn some heads. Also have a bit of ink, two larger gauge piercings in each ear, and a few scars.

Bottom of lobes are 00 and the second lobe piercings are 4s. Since im contemplating enlisting I want mine to still close up so I stopped at this size lol.

It needs to be in the blood everyday; You need consistent plasma levels to reap the benefits of this steroid. It's like Trenbolone; ED dosing to see the dramatic results. It's a waste not using everyday. Yeah you might end up with a little glycogen retention and increase in strength but you won't reap the crazy slabs of lean mass it puts on.

oh no, that's a given. I was going to take it on off days. I just keep hearing people talk about badass pumps and mental focus from it, so I figured I'd take my dose pre workout.
