Speaking of HIIT, I've been really digging these wind sprints I've been doing lately. Not only is sprinting great fun, but my heart rate has dropped right down into the low 50s which is a big deal for me. Unfortunately shin splints have set in so I'm having to scale back for now. I'm sure I'm running twice the speed of Usain Bolt already though... :sus:



I knew this was you when you said that. Running 30 mph!??! Tell me the secrets :)

Lol... I wasn't gonna say anything, but yeah I think he has some genuine mental problems. All joking aside, if what he's doing makes him happy then more power to him.

Gotta be able to laugh at ourselves sometimes... I don't think there's a person out there that isn't at least somewhat crazy in one way or another. I certainly am. :\
 
Idk, X12 does sound sort of like one of those home workout programs. :\

I'm actually on his workout program. I'm currently in the 8 month deload phase where I sit around and do nothing. It is very meticulous.

To what extent do you guys think that putting on more muscle could screw up tattoo proportions and/or detail? Is this just circulated BS, or is it a realistic fear? I'm about ready to spend some money on a shoulder tat with a lot of detail, but I'd also like to put a good amount more mass onto them over the coming winter.

Unless you are planning on becoming an absolute monster and pussy destroyer. I wouldn't say that gaining 10-20 pounds of solid LBM is going to drastically affect the proportions of a tattoo.

I have tattoos on both arms, my back my chest and my side...i fluctuate between 230(ive been 250) and 180....ive gained stretch marks over time but nothing has happened to my tattoos
