Speaking of HIIT, I've been really digging these wind sprints I've been doing lately. Not only is sprinting great fun, but my heart rate has dropped right down into the low 50s which is a big deal for me. Unfortunately shin splints have set in so I'm having to scale back for now. I'm sure I'm running twice the speed of Usain Bolt already though...![]()
