I can see the problem. Maybe also tell them how many years you've been doing it before they try and lord it over you?

You sound like someone who likes to work to a high standard and takes the time and care to do things properly. Those qualities will get you a long way in life. They'll also get a whole load of jealous lazy-ass losers who'd like to see you fail because they can't celebrate someone else's strengths and can't be bothered to really apply themselves to what they do. Either way, your work and integrity will always speak for itself, and people who care about their profit line will want you on board.

Regarding cash in hand, at uni I did a load of cash in hand jobs, it was quite easy given that I studied sports massage, physio, rehab etc, which is all usually cash in hand. Most students who are enterprising try something like that to make ends meet. Nowadays in the UK you have to be earning quite a bit before you get hit with any taxes, so it's probably not necessary, but at the time it meant I left uni with a profit and minimal loans.

Honestly I have a hard time convincing even the owners of different shops and dealerships to believe how long I'd been messing with paints. About 4 years ago I decided to start taking pictures of every single vehicle I ever did in regards to exotics or very unique custom templates and compiled a portfolio that I bring in now along with my resume. It probably doesn't happen in very many fields, but half the time my interview is usually me doing free work for a few hours and them hovering over me seeing if what I told them had any truth to it. Ha they never congratulate me or anything, but I always get hired and they always comply with the things I requested if I'm going to work.

I usually just request a moderate pay, extremely flexible hours ( lol basically I tell them you are going to open up this shop when I have time to work) and my own personal station so I don't have to share with anyone and tools don't get misplaced/stolen/lost. This shop is pretty sweet because the guy that does air brushing is absolutely amazing and he is way better than me at painting, but he is the only guy who will say something constructive to me or just tell me "Good job!"
I don't know how many of you get appreciation for what you do when you're at work, but when someone says hey good job or nice work that really does make me feel better about what I did. Or just a thanks every now and then. You know?

The thing about doing under the table custom work is I will eventually end up with too much cash on hand. It has happened before and in the U.S they are stern on investigating suspicious bank deposits. Like... I don't feel comfortable really having 7-8k just sitting in a few shoe boxes in my house. I'm not even done with that ferrari and it already looks I'm going to get close to 2700 off of it. They charged the dude almost 35k for some touch ups where rock chipped the paint, pinstripping his rims body lines and the cursive writing on his dashboard in the interior and a heavy coat of polyurethane based clearcoat to the whole vehicle.

Ha mixing paints is some wild chemistry. I honestly don't even know what the hell I am doing half the time, but I just remember the exact ratios dependent upon the application needed. I've been using a lot of 3:1 or 2:1 ratios lately for polyurethane due to how much isocyanate it takes to create a stable solution that will lock in once it begins the drying process.

I don't get much appreciation. I think it used to bother me, but now I don't give a fuck. I know what I'm good at and what most of my strengths/weaknesses are so someone else's opinion is pretty redundant unless I respect their work/method etc. At the end of the day it's much healthier to figure out how to validate yourself rather than seek someone else for self-esteem purposes, although a compliment now and again does go a long way! ;)

Tax authorities are the same everywhere. I never paid a penny into my bank. I just used to pay for a lot of things with cash, like rent, food and credit card, and got my brother to open a savings account for me. My Mum actually worked for Inland Revenue as an assessor (our IRS equivalent) so she had lots of helpful tips lol =D

Damn CFC. I didn't know you were such a gangster. Definitely an O.G in my books. Maybe I could put it aside and throw it on some Wal-Mart prepaid card and just order a bunch of gear. I'm wanting to try some new sources because as I've read through these boards I'm noticing pharmaceutical grade testosterone is a lot lower on the dosages per ml, but I've just appreciated the sanity of knowing what I'm getting exactly without worrying about an unstable solution, unsterile production or bunk product.

My ancillaries source is absolutely golden. Everything is in liquid form for AIs and SERMs and I've read that is quite hard to come by depending upon what part of the world your in.

Lol not sure about gangster, it's just a reality for many students and low-wage earners starting out in life. For instance I don't know anyone who used to make tips from bar or waiting who declared their actual income in full. I do pay all my taxes now though, and don't have any problem paying them either, since I believe once you've started getting somewhere in life it's important to pay back into the system to help others.

As for your spending, buying gear seems like a great idea! LOL. You could get quite a stock in ;)

I got all of my anchillaries already. I got liquid tamoxifen 20mg/ml 50ml vial. Liquid Clomiphene 35mg/ml 70ml vial. I also picked up some raloxifene in case any gyno related symptoms arise. Weirdest thing about the raloxifene vial....is there is no concentration label so I'm having to send it off to a lab or something... It looks like a 50ml vial, but it doesn't say shit. I just know it has to be ralo because the other ones were labeled.

I got anastrozole for my usual AI. I had some letro sitting around somewhere, but after a little bit of research letro would be completely useless for gynocomastia especially if one needs to reverse it. I just saw it praised as a gyno reversal and assumed it was correct. It doesn't interact with breast tissue at all!

Now... I can get ahold of follistatin, but I'm seriously wondering WTF would it even accomplish and if anything would the growth simply disappear once the genetic expression is no longer manipulated. I can also get ahold of something referred to as ACE-031 which from a little dibbling on the internet is claimed to be a myostatin inhibitor. Here is the little excerpt, "ACE-031 is a recombinant fusion protein that acts as a synthetic activin, acting on receptor type IIb"

I'm thinking its just a bunch of Hooblah.I can get modified GRF..."t is the first 29 Amino acids in the 44 Amino Acid Chain of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone with 2 changes or modifications. This is where the name Modified Growth Releasing Factor 1-29 comes from. The modifications are the substitution of Alanine at position 15 and D Alanine at position 2. What these modifications do is allow for a longer active life than 1-29 (Sermorelin) but shorter than either cjc1923 or cjc1295 which both have the Drug Affinity Complec or DAC, which greatly extends their active life."

BL open source! Lets do it!

No way this would be detrimental to the satiety of the board. That is how this forum has survived for so long. Doing that would aid in committing crimes rather than discussion of harm reduction and educational threads.

It goes the same for why you don't see a thread regarding synthesis of any substances. I'm sure the tweakers in the other sections would love to know how to do rudimentary Birch Reduction with everyday solvents/catalysts/buffers.

lolol i was kidding bro! I swear!

I'm pretty sure he's joking Grym ;)

I think everyone knows we don't discuss sources on BL.

ya ya ya I know I just looked like a shitbag right there. I've just seen boards that talk about sources and it just leads to new members getting ripped off left and right.

Definitely know more than me then. This is my first real account on a forum. I just read read and read and a few months ago I finally decided that I may have gathered enough information that I could possibly be a mediocre contributor to a few people.

You know what I just realized.... CFC you have been getting off easy with no questions lately!

Alright you get a choice of different categories so this is gonna be like jeopardy except.....you win nothing except my ever so adoring respect!

A. Organic/Inorganic Chemistry B. Introductory questions associated with Pathology C. Molecular Biology D. Neurophysics

Pick your poison!

E. How big is my flaccid penis?

Should the measurement be quoted in millimetres or microns? =D

You've not done anything on neurophysics before, give that one a whirl. Meanwhile I'll be off to bed and expect others to have answered when I next log in ;)
