Ah fuck. Is there a neuro response to tren that causes the insomnia that could be nulled via an antagonist of some sort or is it directly related to the steroid effect itself? Just curious. I hate that amp insomnia shit.

Figured you guys might get a kick out of this.

Guido (and others), what's your opinion/experience on the fat burning effects of tren while in a caloric surplus. I've even heard if dietary fat is kept low, carbs and protein high, it's nearly impossible to put on any fat because tren blocks the process of carbs converting to body fat.

I'm on 700mg tren ace, 700mg test and 500mg mast. Eating around 30-50g fat, 700-800g carbs and 300-400g protein - around 4500-5000 calories at 210 lbs around 10% bf. I actually look shredded due to the mast and tren but I know my bf is higher than it seems since there's fat around my waist. I guess I will find out soon enough if you can put fat on while on a high dose of tren. I'm gaining around 1-2 pounds a week and strength is going up like mad. The fast weight gains are worrying me a little.

Carbs converting to fat is rare in humans:

Denovolipogenesis has been the subject of much debate for years and many readers have probably seen it claimed that ‘carbs in excess of needs simply get converted to fat and stored’. This is true if you’re looking at rats, mice and hamsters. One study (Acheson et. al., 1982) in humans gave the subjects 500 grams of carbohydrates (2000 calories) all at once; conversion of carbs to fat was insignificant. The majority of research in humans has not found DNL to contribute significantly to fat gain except under a few very extreme conditions. They are:

-An artificially low-fat diet: less than 10% of total calories which well-meaning but otherwise misguided athletes and bodybuilders sometimes try to achieve.

-Chronic massive carbohydrate overfeeding: one study (Acheson et. al., 1988) gave 700-900 grams of carbohydrates for 3 straight days following glycogen depletion. In the first 24 hours, as glycogen was refilled, there was no net DNL. Over the next 2 days, as carb intake remained massive and sustained, DNL increased and a significant amount of fat was synthesized.

You will not gain fat on Trenbolone unless your diet is absolute shit or your Trenbolone is underdosed.

To those that worry, use 50mcg of T3 with Trenbolone and you won't have to worry about no fat gains.

I've read that tren's Anabolism is superior to all and that it can keep and even build muscle in drastic Caloric deficits and super catabolic conditions such as using t3+clen.

I'm on my phone usually I can get to computer at night after work and NA meetings though

I had my blood pressure checked recently and it was 100% optimal on the button perfect bp.

I have little to no anxiety ever, I'm probably the most open and outgoing person on the board and I'm also one of the least stressful people you would meet :/

I am in no way depressed either and don't have multiple scelorosis as far as I know lol.

Probably just too high a dose with no tolerance to it (if tolerance makes a difference?)

I've built a tolerance to melatonin. I started out taking 5mg/night about 7 months ago or so. Now I'm at 10mg/night. It may be a mental thing though. Before 10mg would knock me out and leave me hung over in the morning. Now it just makes me "normal drowsy" and I can wake up 4-6 hours later with no hangover.

Do you take it everyday ? And why did you start using it in the first place ? Would like to know...

I take it every night. Initially it was to deal with PAWS induced insomnia from being a heroin addict. Its also suppose to enhance GH release during the pulse when you sleep and is an antioxidant as well. Idk if tolerance builds to the auxillary effects but to the sedation effect I know tolerance builds. Its dirt cheap so I don't mind it.

I did a lil research and this guy says melatonin inhibits natural production, so that's why it doesn't work well after long term use.
I can't find any studies that suggest this though...

Good! My package came in. 3 10ml vials of EQ 400,2 10ml vials of Test E 250, and 100 4mg capsules of Methyldienolone.

Just need to put in an order for some Cabergoline, Letrozole, Dyazide, Trenbolone Acetetae, Methylhydroxynadrolone, and Tesamorelin and I will have everything ready for my next blast.
