TROUBLED Ozzy Osbourne has apologised for being an “asshole” to the people he loves most after revealing he had fallen off the wagon.
The Black Sabbath rocker – who recently confirmed he is living apart from wife Sharon – describes his behaviour as “insane” following his return to drink and drugs 18 months ago.
But he insists he has now been sober for 44 days.
In a post of his Facebook page: “For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an a**hole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober.”
The 64-year-old has fought addiction throughout his life, but seemed to have won the battle after rehab in 2003.
This weekend, it was revealed that he and Sharon – who wed in 1982 – had been living apart for six weeks.
