I actually used to find 50mg enough for the euphoria, which felt quite different to me than other opioids. I used to list it as one of my favourite opioids actually, but its pretty much useless to me now with the tolerance I have.

Though I have kept some around with the intention of testing it for its potential ability to.... help you last longer in bed. Though its yet to be in right place at the right time. Bupe has a paradoxical effect on me in that way for whatever reason.

yes, but not for me - benzodiazepines and opioids dependance for 11years...it's actualy great euphoric combo but i would need much much more opioids and diazepam, xanax, maybe even pregabalin ( Once i had bad seizure from pregabalin )

I want to mention, they are already close to launching pure o-dsmt as a medication, and thant makes me wonder why they even created tapentadol when a long time ago they can simply release o-dsmt med.

Took like 300mg of ritalin throughout the night took pregab the next day just kept popping em not sure how much prob a gram stupidly next thing i know i feel like shit my girl is freaking tf out and i got no recollection of shit. Took me a fucking month or two to recover and im still scared to try pregab again and i got a bunch for wds stocked up

Seizures are scary and often deadly. Once i had one during sleep and it caused double fracture of my arm.
Pregabalin ( expecially mixed with monoamine reuptake inhibitors or releasers or both - like tramadol which is both snri, serotonine releasing agent and also raise dopamine so basically too many excitatory mechanism ) definitelly can cause seizures.
Now i don't have seizures anymore but only antiepileptic medication with zero side effects - like antiseizure sugarpill was levetiracetam 500mg 2 times per day or 1000mg at one dose anytime during the day. It didn't make me tired, different, nothing...just eliminated seizures.
But it's individual a saw people who swear they hate it cause of side effects.
The one with causing severe side ffects was carbamazepine - would rather have seizures than taking this poison.

I have a lot of experience with tapentadol both for pain relief after surgery and recreational use. I found it to be just as euphoric as oxycodone with a similar energetic like high but still able to nod in high doses. With high doses also comes the weird hallucinations though. I also found that tolerance builds quite quickly. Towards the beginning of me using it I would get a decent buzz off 200mg with 400mg having me nod and hallucinate. After only a couple weeks of 2-3 times a week usage I would need 400mg to feel a mild buzz.

Ok so i am not the only one getting hallucinations from tapentadol. Good to know.
People like to tell it's just like tramadol but opioid part of it is more potent.
