Anyone on here used it before and how did you find it. What where your dosages and how does is compare to oxy and so on

It's similar to tram and also has SNRI properties too I think, but I could be wrong. I think it'll be more stimulating than most opioids and feel dirtier, also it's hard to give an equivalent dose or comparison to oxy cause it'll never be as euphoric as oxy.
E: last part I meant you can achieve equigesic doses but not equiphoric, if that makes sense. Also, it's an NRI so will be even more stimulating than SNRI.
 
I’m on methadone 30mg methadone which according to most calculators is equal to 200mg tapentadol. It is on my to do list. So was just wondering how the high is and worth it, giving it a go
 
It's non prodrug opioid and NRI with shorter half-life than both tramadol and o-dsmt, it's quite strange one because it would produce nodding as other opioids/opiates but in many people it produces halucinations, 4hr opioid high with visual halucinations :D i am mostly using tramadol ( lasts longer than tapentadol ) , oxicodone (more euphoric but in my case less analgesic than tramadol and also it lasts just 4 hours if it's not ER formulation). So, tapentadol (not prodrug) is basically something like less antidepressive shorter acting tramadol (mainly prodrug) prescribed in even higher doses than tramadol but it really can produce funny halucinations..and less seizures than tramadol but they are possible side effects.

It's like Codiene or Tramadol .....great for an opioid naive individual

Tramadol 100mg is a great antidepressant opioid, with Oxycodone 20/40/80mg on top for REAL Mu-Opioid analgesic painkilling potency

Tramadol 100mg
Oxycodone 20mg
Ritalin 60mg
Valium 10mg
Xanax 1mg
Pregabalin 150mg

Super happy functional euphoric cocktail
 
Good for analgesia, uncomfortable adregenic effects at lower doses which disappear when dose is higher but then you get into this, already mentioned, weird opioid hallucinatilory state. I would not suggest abusing it, but for pain control it is good medication up to a point.

yes, but not for me - benzodiazepines and opioids dependance for 11years...it's actualy great euphoric combo but i would need much much more opioids and diazepam, xanax, maybe even pregabalin ( Once i had bad seizure from pregabalin )

I want to mention, they are already close to launching pure o-dsmt as a medication, and thant makes me wonder why they even created tapentadol when a long time ago they can simply release o-dsmt med.

Interesting, i noticed shorter duration and halucinations. With tramadol more serotonine, longer duration...u are probably good cyp2d6 metaboliser, fast one

A Canadian vendor had large amount of 0-DSMT but I was on Methadone 80mg so it was useless to me….all the Methylphenidate analogs (IPH - 4F-MPH - EPH etc) Desoxypipradol (insanity potent and looong lasting), Etizolam and it’s Dechlorinated analog (which is actually better than Etizolam tbh)

Isopropylphenidate IPH was actually also research and proposed to be a pharmaceutical improved Ritalin med, only 1/3 the Norepinephrine activity, an improved safety profile and no ethanol DDI’s

Wish I got a degree in organic chemistry and pharmacology…..opened a lab, ordering large amounts of CII API’s for compounding (which 100’s of KG would be “unaccountable for” lmao ….like Dr. Feel good when his staff testified he would order 50 grams of Amphetamines every month, much of which went unaccounted for lol too good.

Massive 100kg (220 lbs) tall thick blue plastic drums of pharmaceutical API compounding powder…4 per skid/pallet in a secure warehouse….I've seen them, Methadone, Oxycodone, Methylphenidate, d-Amphetamine, Diazepam, Alprazolam, Pregabalin, etc. Insane security. Truck is GPS tracked and escorted by 2 vehicles, one following and one guiding truck/trailor

Possible, thats not to say I didn't notice any difference, I certainly did. Its just... been a little to long for me to remember clearly enough to add much substance to the conversation. At the very least, I seem to recall preferring tramadol.
 
I have a lot of experience with tapentadol both for pain relief after surgery and recreational use. I found it to be just as euphoric as oxycodone with a similar energetic like high but still able to nod in high doses. With high doses also comes the weird hallucinations though. I also found that tolerance builds quite quickly. Towards the beginning of me using it I would get a decent buzz off 200mg with 400mg having me nod and hallucinate. After only a couple weeks of 2-3 times a week usage I would need 400mg to feel a mild buzz.
 
Thanks for all the feedback. I'm really interested now in giving it a go. I won't be using it long time or to replace my methadone, just gonna do it over the weekend and back on methadone the Monday. Sorta looking forward to the hallucinating part or very interested.

Is the hallucinations gentle like taking 1g of shrooms or more intense but I know you mentioned the hallucinations comes more on the higher the dose and a nod with that. So higher doses to nod will make you hallucinate? Anyone with any info of the hallucinating part?

hallucinations haven’t been intense at all for me they have been pretty subtle. They are kind of like seeing things in the corner of your eye but when you look there is nothing there, or hearing a faint voice, thinking someone is talking to briefly but quickly realising there is no one there

Please try to avoid tapentadol it's a nightmare beyond anything else.regarding.opiods.

When 420chan.org/opi was big everyone was warning of the insane withdrawals compared to other opis, and after.googling the other day I was reminded of this as it's.now a common drug it seems. Scary....
 
I agree with Billiams, Tap is weird as fuck, made me hallucinate and (shamefully) piss my bed. Tramadol never did that so idk what the fuck was up. legit pharma too.
