Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

Thank you i didn't know/forget triniza is every 3 months, which makes it much less likely i got it, i hope i heal soon.

I was just reading your old posts, didn't you say it took one year before? How long until you got back to working?
 
Don't wanna scare anyone, but Look at this calculation, it take 7.5 years for invega to be 100 precent out of your body, even though most people heal in 2 years, it's still theoretically there's a few invega particle in there body.
Any mathematician/bio chemistry can confirm this calculation?

Starting Molecules
One shot of Invega contains roughly 1 gram of drug, which equals 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 molecules (1 sextillion, or 10^21).
2. The Halving Process
Every half-life, the body removes 50% of whatever molecules are left.
To cut 1 sextillion molecules down to less than 1 single molecule, the body has to cut the amount in half 70 times in a row (because 2 raised to the power of 70 is about 1 sextillion).
3. Total Time Breakdown
70 half-lives multiplied by the half-life length equals total time to 0 molecules:
Invega Sustenna (1-month): 70 x 40 days = 2,800 days (~7.6 years)
Invega Trinza (3-month): 70 x 120 days = 8,400 days (~23 years)
Invega Hafyera (6-month): 70 x 150 days = 10,500 days (~28.7 years)
Summary:
Clinical Clearance: The drug loses active effect after 5 half-lives (6 to 25 months) because 97% of it is gone.
Absolute Clearance: Clearing the tiny remaining fraction down to the very last molecule takes 70 half-lives (7 to 28+ years) because you start with 1 sextillion molecules.

You're going to love and enjoy appreicate life more when this phase is over, so dont even think about suicide soldier it up. Each day you're gonna get better. Be strong

It's hard for me to resonate with that, I'm on injection for 4 months, 12 months didn't heal, 16 months of suffering and hell, death is maybe more human then suffering like this for the foreseeable future.
 
I must share with all of you that exercise works better than anything else for recovery from invega. Keep moving, walking, body weight exercise, even if you dont feel like doing it right now. Exercise helps with neuroplasyicity as well as help flushing out the poison from your system faster.

After a while you will start to feel the effects of exercise, which will make your journey easier.

I started going to the gym daily, 1 hour of treadmill each time. Hopefully it helps.
