4-MEC And The Theraputic Goods Act 1989

Hey guys

I was just after some info on the legality of products such as 4-mec , 4 fa , mdpv . They are readily available over the internet.Now i know for a face that all of these are automaticlly technically illigal on australian law which states something along the lines that if it even mimics something like meth or mdma its illigal , but what i dont understand is how the synthetic cannabic eg Kronic was sold for so many years and new laws had to be made to make it illigal ? shouldnt it already been illigal.But what i really wanted to know was is buying 4-mec for personal use able to fall under the theraputics goods act. less then 3 month supply at a time. I have succsessfully purchased 4-mec before and it arrived fine , so im presumming small amounts is fine?>
 
I think small amounts is not worth the effort or costs to chase up, I wouldnt think it falls under tga, its a analogue so under the analogue laws they are treated the same as the drug they are analogue of. Some of the newer products which either are analogues of two compounds or just not listed are a little grey area. I think theres a clause of how double analogue is treated, new item must get scheduled.

Tbh kronic was most likely sitting in grey area of legality, if the coppers really wanted to try they would spend lots of time & money arguing abput analogues testing the law or the govt can just schedule it, less time consuming, costly and specific

People here are have bought small amounts thru mail, some have been caught, some havent. Risk is up to u. How could u argue under 3 months supply considered personsal and get away with it, try having under 3 months supply of meth and argue its for personal. Eg. 2g a friday n sat of meth, 3months worth is aprox 16g....try argue that for personal when dosages are in mg

Tga I think applies only to pharm drugs, so xanies oxy and benzos

The federal analogue act makes importing most substances technically illegal; but Kronic and the like were being sold in stores which falls under state legislation. I thought that most of the states had analogue legislation with the exception of Victoria, haven't read up on it in a while.

The Therapeutic Goods Act applies to any substance that is to be used therapeutically, as well as health equipment I believe; I suppose it could be argued that recreational use is not 'therapeutic' though.
 
in regard to 4-mec, does anyone know whether it is safe to vape/bong?
 
sum chems cant be vaped apparently because of the particular reagents and the synth tek, or so iv be told.

try mixing with methylone for extremely hard gurny rolls

also i have heard theres a pink crystal 4-mec going around atm??? any clues to coloration
 
Tried it on it's own, also tried mixed with M1, PV, and many various others. It's OK as a mixer with other things, although there are better options to try. I was mainly referring to it on it's own being boring though, could never really get much at all from it.

Stay away from the pink one too!
 
what would the pink be?

just added coloring

or some sort of contaminant?

oxide damage from over exposure to air??
