Help me choose a name for an electronic music blog

Hi guys and girls,

I was thinking of starting a blog about electronic music and I can't come up with a good name. I am primarily going to focus on reviewing older albums/EP/mixes in order to help people discover the hidden gems of electronic music. I am also going to review newer stuff, but I am definitely not planning to focus solely on "hot off the press" releases like a lot of other music blogs.

Some requirements:
* The name should be related to electronic music
* It should be catchy
* It should be SEO friendly (so the name should be unique)

Here some names that I've come up with:

Electronic Music Journal - Goes with the laid back attitude of my blog, calm and unimposing
EDM Journal - SEO unfriendly, most people use the term Electronic music as opposed to EDM
EDM Review - Same as above
Tales from Outer Shpongolia - A play on the names of two of the albums of my favourite band, I think it's not catchy enough
Digital Sunshine - Sounds good, but it's not really related to EDM
As the Rush Comes... astherushcomes.blogpost.com? Doesn't that sound a little awkward? But I like this this one. I feel it really captures the spirit of EDM.

P.S. This blog won't in any way conflict with my position as a mod here. If anything, there will be more new content for EMD. I am not planning to post links or anything like that. If I cross-post content between my blog and EMD, I am going to simply copy over the text. So don't worry about spam or anything like that.
 
I quite like Digital Sunshine. It has a nice ring to it. I think a blog name needs to be fairly memorable as you want people to remember it if they stumble across it randomly. The name of my blog is jack2thephuture which seems to work.

i think the first three are a little dry. tales from outer shpongolia is a little too act/genre-specific and pigeonholes you. digital sunshine is pretty good. as the rush comes is, again, is act-specific (and a cheesy act at that :) ).

your blog is about beats and needs to be unique? beats unique!

if the title "weapons of mass dance action" doesn't float your boat (personally, i know i shouldn't say it, but that was one of my finer moments. there few and far between but occasionally inspirational!)

then the key is in the title surely???

I concur. :)

I like the idea of coming up with something a little more catchy, although using the word unique is a bit misleading.

I'm reminded of all the poorly written or pretentious DJ bios I've perused over the years.
 
Thanks for the suggestion guys and girls. I'll definitely give it a thought and see what I decide to go with.

I am currently going though a lot personal stuff right now, so this plan is currently on hold, but I genuinely want to start working on improving my writing skills. :)

i like your thinking but, if i saw 'electroblog' i would think it was about the specific genre - electro - not electronic music in general...

Neon rain just.. hmm. It doesn't roll off the tongue too easily. Needs more syllables. Neon snowstorm?
 
...sounds artificial to me.

I would go with words that might be associated with something uplifting and warm, like the early morning sun rising over the horizon of an outdoor event.

But that is just me.
