Salting freebase psilocin with fumaric acid?

Hi all -
I've come across a bit of 4-ho-dmt, but it is in freebase form, which isn't very practical for storage.

I have a small bottle of fumaric acid and am hoping I can salt the psilocin into 4-ho-dmt fumarate so my stash won't degrade so quickly. I don't think it should be too complicated but I don't really have any idea what the process would be like.

Any recommendations??

It should, in theory, be as easy as making a solution of fumaric acid in acetone, making a solution of psilocin in acetone, and mixing the two. A ppt of psilocin fumarate should form and be insoluble.

Use dry anhydrous acetone for best results. You could probably dissolve fumaric acid a lot easier in e.g. diethyl ether.
