Am i the only one who uses Foods and sunlight to Boost MDMA Effect??!?!?!

I eat everything you listed as well as massive amounts of all types of organic vegies, never any type of 'junk' food and I workout 6 days per week, sleep 9 hours a night, never drink alcohol am as fit as they come really. I still need more MDMA than my friends to get on the same level as them even though they are quite unhealthy especially in diet. I think you have to realise there is always going to be personal differences in how drugs affect people with dosages and so on. Being healthy means I never get a bad comedown or anything like that though.
 
Is it possible, that in some rare case,

I can produce more serotonin or something? why do i get more out of it than ANYONE else who does it lol..

The waiting is the most important part as well as the NO REDOSE one DOSE only method i follow.
But i can really and truly tell the difference , i have used the same material on 2 seperate nights.

Both was same time apart
Same dose.
Night 1 i didnt do my preroll
night 2 i did.

Night 1 was great
Night 2 was amazinggggggggggggggggggggggggggg The loved up feeling, hell i even was enjoying taking deep deep breaths through my nose



^ Side note to poster up there, I always used to go out and play , explore forts and shizz like that when i was younger. Always out hated when people sit indoors all day.


My brother who is depressed i think, he is pale and he gets out of bed after noon and never gets any sunlight. He can work nights extremely easy (I cant i am like Zzzzzzzz sod that anyway)

a healthy amount of daily sun is perfectly good. May I suggest after 5PM during the summer to avoid excessive radiation/UV <--- I know , the sun shines in my room at that time and i lay on the bed hahha
 
Isnt it amazing how much more intense and amazingly euphretic any substance you do is when you
A) eat well
B) sleep well
C) Give your body a break!

lol, That my friends is the best way to achieve the highest of highs! So damnit..look after yourself!
 
Good diet / healthy living does work. Also consider the supplements, I can really tell the difference. Piracetam, 5htp, ALCAR, ALA, theanine, green tea extract, tyrosine, omega 3, vitamins... Life savers!

My trip was so much more clean, controllable, made more sens, with piracetam - for once I could actually talk to chicks instead of being floored like a nob hehe.

Nothing to do with the healthy living shiz but quality speed really makes the roll better :)

I get 100% opposite, i need looked after for at least an hour , well not looked after i can still stand.. well slouch against nearest wall or post... hehe

Id be delighted to hear more, as Squarerootof23 did, he ate lots of the foods lmao hes sick of chocolate now haha. I must be a beast sorry about that.....

Id love to do "recruiting" with people who can get their hands on Clean mdma/pills , (So they dont take some bunk "molly" and go oh darksidedsam your diet is shit meh meh meh)

I want more results like this.

anytime ive ever rolled ive always made sure to eat good but never actually watched wut i ate...but through trial and error i found that when i rolled for a week straight and came down only to eat once and roll again it wasnt as plaeasan an experience as when i let my body rejuvenate itself and eating good healthy meals rather than run to a fast food restaraunt and feelin ur stomach full of grease...so yes a healthy body always makes for a better experience otherwise u could get a bad trip bc ur body isnt well nutrietioned

As i say, its important to note i dont redose.
Its just one dose, say 150mg in a capsule

once a month (waiting 6 weeks this time) I pick certain events to roll at you see :)
 
I'm so happy to hear your story here friend. :) Most of diet is sushi, dark chocolate and veggies...interesting.

I think in part, your fast come up is about being sensitive and new to MDMA.

Oh yeah! For the first hour or so I was reliant on another guy to watch out for me. Heck, there I was in a club, sitting at a table (with this AMAZINGLY SMOOTH marble tabletop), uncontrollably rubbing the palms of my hands and THE SIDE OF MY FACE back and forth on it, with what I was told was an "ecstatic grin", right out in public, good grief, picture that scene, my friend told me I got a number of stares. And as I wrote in the earlier posting, I took only the one dose of 110 mg (gelcap) of mdma. And - I came up in under 15 minutes. It was FAST! But after that first hour I was fine wandering around the club looking like the happy idiot I was all on my own, I no longer needed the assistance. (For the next time I got the idea to, right before I swallow the gelcap, to tap the capsule so all the powder goes to the bottom of the capsule, then take the top of the capsule off, and swallow the bottom part with the mdma in it without the top on it, and then swallow the top. I'm wondering how that may impact the speed of coming up, since there's that big opening at the "top" end of the bottom part of the capsule that has the mdma in it.)

The days prior I ate the chocolate (85% dark), and tuna, and bananas, and piracetam, and magnesium. I hadn't eaten for ten hours prior to dropping.

And, the impact the music had on my body was I N C R E D I B L E !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D

A full capsule, well it takes me about 45 minutes to start coming up, But it is nice to not have to face that taste lol

That and the 10 hours not eating beforehand. what an empty stomach, probably incredibly absorbent environment for any drugs to enter the blood stream ;)

Quite true! I missed that part- I don't understand how people don't eat for that long, I tend to eat every 4 hours if not more. That is true commitment.
 
i eat very healthily during the week - salad, fruit, veg, oily fish etc - all the healthy food i can get my hands on. drink lots of water. i get around 8 hours sleep a night, get lots of exercise and take various supplements etc, get as much sun as possible. ive been combining lots of MDMA and alcohol every weekend without fail for over 3 months and have experienced practically zero side effects, apart from mild brain zaps a couple of times when i was stupid enough to do it 2 nights in a row.
 
This preroll diet is very intriguing to me lol. My husband and I rolling on Saturday, so I can start this diet today:D I have a question though. We always take molly, which is tested mdma. If I take 130mg of it w/o redosing and follow this diet how long will my roll last for? Also I always take piracetam an hour before I take a molly capsule. Should I not if I try this diet? The last time we rolled was almost a month ago and I took around 300mg. 150 To start, then 100 45 min later then another 50mg as my last redose. Obviously I'm not going to dose like that with this diet lol. But I'm very curious about length of the roll and pirecetam right before? Thanks! Much love!

My Pre-Roll diet is completely experimental. I dont know about taking piracetam, but the guy above takes it and he did it okay.
All i can suggest perhaps, for safety reasons is to take maybe 120mg each. Worst case scenario you will have a really good roll, But if you had more, it could get a bit too much for yous.

Following this preroll diet, mdma is much much stronger to me.
It really hits hard and its very loved up. I think that you and your husband will have a very good time together (I dont have anyone else to experience hugging/kissing with when rolling *sigh*) Lol.
You may become an Etard for a good hour or 2 on mdma after following my preroll diet (always happens to me)
Redosing is a stupid idea. Its a waste and in my experience it guarantees a nasty comedown , even though i am able to lessen it with these foods.

That is good, but that is not the point of my preroll diet, its just Serotonin boosting foods, not necessarily healthy foods. Dark chocolate for example, surely me eating 200grams of it in 2 days isnt good for me lol. (sometimes 300g hehe)
 
I have not tried that pre-roll diet specifically dds, but i might be willing to give it a go. I normally eat lots of organic whole grains, vegetables, whole organic milk, meat, and eggs. I love chocolate, but it is a bit expensive, so i don't indulge that much. For a pre-roll diet with such good results that would be worth a try though. I have yet to encounter any serious depression post rolling, but i do eat a well balanced, probably serotonin enhancing diet it looks like. I'm a natural born roller. ;) thanks for the thread

Ever since i have been doing exactly this, I am on a completely different level.

My first 5 times i did mdma, i had a great night i really did. But Now, Its even MORE of an effect even though im using the same material.

I put it all down to 3 things/ changes since my first 5 times:
- Dosing only ONCE no Redosing
- Eating all those delicious serotonin boosting foods and getting plenty of sunlight on the 3 days before, and the morning of the day im going to use mdma. (Dont baffle me with Science , "it doesnt go straight into serotonin blah blah blah,, I appreciate you know science sure, But i want you to be on the same level as me! i want people to feel what i feel!!! You Try my diet and you will see im onto something! This new mdma high is on a different level for me these days, its amazing... Its far better than "first time" I guarantee you) I feel extremely loved up when i do it now...
- Waiting at least 30 days between each time.

I really really really really REALLY would like some input, some experiences and feedbacks on this,
I ALWAYS have the absolute time of my life on mdma, i want someone else to experience this!!! Even the music wasnt that great at the last rave i was at, but i was soooooo far gone i was enjoying everything else, even just breathing.. lol it was amazing
So therefore it would make me so happy if people tried it out.

My brain must be so flooded with serotonin, the physical effects on me, for a good few hours i get: "whoah" "Bloody hell" "hahhaha look at that guy hes off hes face"

Darksidedsam, I accept you're challenge! I'm gonna give your diet a go. I plan on rolling the weekend so I'll load up on serotonin rich foods a day or two before hand, including the day of. I'll give post my experience here on Sunday or Monday.
