high as fuck. since i've been only doing oxy 1-2x a week my tolerance is a lot more in check. i snorted 60mg tonight and smoked a few bowls, and i feel like a champion.
 
wow just wow. blew down 50mgs MXE. still had 30mgs roxi, 1mg klonopin, 20mgs vyvanase in my system. smoked a shit ton of weed. lmao today was fucking amazing

girl said when she got her paycheck she was gonna buy enough weed to last 3 days so we could be high and not wanna dose the bupe, then get a nice sack of dope and get proper high for the first time in 8 months
then last night I asked her if she would throw down $10 on weed with me and she wouldn't even do that
looks like I'm not going to be getting high for a long time
 
the effects of the diazepam i took last night are still present which is a nice surprise:D it's making waking up a little challenging but nothing a few coffees can help fix!
 
On my 5th cup of coffee, feeling very warm and stimulated. Going to a soccer game later on, hopefully smoking some herb before hand.
 
Couldnt find my fent patch anywhere so, 5mg xany, half bottle martini , 400 mg caffeine. I just figured out that doing caffeine during the xanax/alcohol combo makes hard for others to notice how fucked up am I. Is there any danger in it, except the "caffeine makes you harder to realize how drunk u are" stuff?

quick visit to thy mother, now back and dumped 2.4g of gabapentin down they throat along with 600mg of tramadol. will be adding around 50mg valium in around 2 hours. should be feelin pretty good mangs.
 
2mg oxy (yes, 2mg. Wish I could get high enough to find out what this whole "nod" thing is about, but more than 2.5mg of oxy makes me feel sick, and the same pattern seems true for other opiates too, with me getting nice effects at very low doses, but nausea (I think) well before the "nod" thing - maybe for the best, though) and 525mg soma, and some quality weed.
