Could synthetic cannabis(AM-2201) and DXM together cause a bad reaction?

You shouldn't have any problem taking them the same day (or even at the same time, I would think). While I've never had that one specifically, I've combined DXM with other naphthoylindoles (jwh-073 and jwh-018 ) on many occasions.

Swims friend has tried JWH with DXM and it brought on a strong intensification of the trip and strong teprachardia and paranoia.
AM by itself is a pretty sketched out chemical, I woulden't advice AM on the come up or platue of DXM maybe on the comdown

i didn't have any bad reactions combing these but i think canabis is a better choise for potentating dxm

Yeah, I thoroughly believe these chemicals are no where near as benign as people like to assume they are, threw out all in my possession a couple months back.

There are no specific contraindications.

Just the obvious - all the cautions that would apply to combining cannabis and DXM apply, plus the added caveat that it's much easier to smoke too much with synthetics and end up paranoid and panicy (which would be even more unpleasant if tripping on DXM), which is probably what happened here:

I'm not sure I agree that AM-2201 is a sketched out chem - it's just a damned potent cannabinoid, just like most of the other synthetics, and smoking too much will be profoundly unpleasant - again, like most of the other synthetics (or real weed for someone without much of a tolerance).
