Opinions on pre-loading a roll with 5-htp

Wanted to do it for this weekend, but havent before, I've used 5-htp for the after effects and it gave me great results. I've read that it can also help your roll to preload with as well. Any experience? Opinons?
 
It's a bad idea to pre-load with 5-HT as it will diminish your experience, this is both from research I've done and my own experiences.

Piracetam is by far the best pre-loading supplement in my experience.
 
No, you should not take 5-HTP BEFORE you roll. That's a very bad idea and could be dangerous.
