At higher doses it gets more difficult to calculate because oddly, gabapentin's oral bioavailability actually decreases with higher doses. It's 60% at 900mg and 27% at 4.8 grams.

Food also increases absorption by 14% so keep that in mind. (all of this is from the wikipedia page).

Lou, that's quite a mix! Lormetazepam isn't something you come across here.. you're lucky to get temazepam these days. Good luck sleeping :)
 
Thanks effie. I think brimz from EADD had his nitrazepam changed to lormetazepam, and he lives in England. But that must be the exception ;)
