Opana IR (Oxymorphone) Insufflation Compared to Oxycodone Orally?

I got ahold of some 10mg Opana IRs (I literally got 120 of them for free... a friend didn't want them LOL)

I have zero opiate tolerance... Most I would do was 10mg Oxycodone orally

Says here in my Opiod conversion chart (I made after some research, more extensive than any other calculator)
2.5mg Oxymorphone Intranasal administration = 20mg Oxycodone Oral administration

But, I'd like to double check if I'm right?

How would someone compare Oxymorphone to Oxycodone in terms of euphoria/strength/effects
 
First off, it's stronger than oxy!......... What I would do is key bumps 20 minutes in between until you get where you want to be. Oxymorphone is AMAZING.. but also not to be underestimated. I take Opana ER 30mg twice a day. It converts to 60mg of Oxycodone. But when you snort it, it's an entirely different monster. IR's are strong as fuck so with zero opiate tolerance I would do TINY bumps... and WAIT 20 minutes and see how you feel. Since you have so many you'll figure it out. BUT expect your tolerance to rise quickly. You won't be able to get fucked up on Vicodin or percocet anymore.. and the WD's are more HORRID than any other Opiate I have ever used. Be careful but also enjoy!! You got hooked the fuck up!

Euphoria wise it makes Oxycodone it's bitch!! Oxymorphone in my opinion is better than Heroin. But due to your low tolerance which is nothing to be ashamed of I would go easy and start slow!

I had a friend who used to get high on 1 vicodin 5/500 and she snorted a whole Opana IR 5 and od'd. So BE CAREFUL!

Which is why I said 2.5mg Opana snorted is comparable to 20mg Oxycodone

Would you say that is accurate?
 
Yes I would say you are in the right ballpark. Just be careful. Have fun, For a beginner you have a ton of material to work with. You have enough to kill more than a dozen of non-tolerant users.
 
Ive never done Opana but from everything I have read, its very easy to overdose. I have a friend that loves oxycodone & can do two 80's in a day & tried an Opana 30 by snorting a quarter of it & got sick. He doesnt like sedating highs anyway so maybe thats why but becareful & have fun......take it slow, you have enough there for quite a while.
 
You're correct. Be careful. Opana feels too damn good; it's the devil. It has fucked my wallet, tolerance, and relationships up.
 
Although I have never had Opana (Oxymorphone) since it is not available here in Canada. But Intranasal Hydromorphone is fucking awesome, and blows Oxycodone out of the water intranasal euphoria wise.
Fentanyl Intransal is also amazing, but very short acting. I wouldn't fuck with Fentanyl unless you have a good Opioid tolerance though.

Very true. Too many good people have died ODing Fentanyl.

It's fire but also something you have to respect.

^OP, i would imagine there is a lot of merit to this comment. i have no idea how long it takes to develop a significant physical dependence to opiates (only how long it doesn't take), but 1,200mgs of opana could keep you high for months. if you are gonna use all those pills, take breaks!

I wanted to add that Opana WD's are the worst of ANY opiate I have ever used. Since you have so many you might want to score some Suboxone too!
 
You are fricken lucky! An Opana 40 around here is $$$ and my tolerance is pretty high. I need a whole 40mg to get me buzzed.

I spent my weekend in the haze of the most euphoric and blissful opioid high that is nothing other than insufflated oxymorphone. I get cravings just reading about it haha. As many have said, it's better than heroin and yes the withdrawals aren't fun
