suboxone and eating

If you are snorting it or taking it sublingually then it doesn't matter, apart from the tiny bit of buprenorphine you swallow, and that will contribute very little to the effects given the low oral bioavailability (10% ish)

Having a full stomach slows the absorption of drugs that are swallowed, but won't affect drugs taken by other ROAs.

I have no idea if the physiological effects of eating have any effect on the metabolism of buprenorphine, I've never thought about it before.. I don't imagine it would.

if i'm understanding you correctly you want it to peak faster and stronger initially? if you're dosing sublingually adding a mL of high proof liquor with it under the tongue will speed up absorption rate and overall bio-availability. the alcohol will obviously be a little bit of a burn hence the small amount needed.

i honestly can't recall whether i've used it myself (mainly iv'd bupe) but it's sworn by, especially in the earlier OD bupe mega threads. it's meant to increase the BA anywhere up to 50% from around the usual 30 so you need less of your usual dose.

Actually you can still get the pills anywhere if you do not prefer the strips. They can deny it based on your history.IE:if you did dope and used needles you have no chance of getting pills because they know you will shoot them up, in some counties. But if you were just on pain medicine then you can still get the tablets or strips you have an option.

Is brushing your teeth and then using mouth wash bring the same result? It seems that it dissolves and absorbs much faster.
