Opioids how much morphine sulphate should I plug to breakthrough 140 mgs. of methadone?

I just plugged 320 mgs. of morphine sulphate and took 2-1 mg xanax. not really noticing much of an effect. I was wondering how much I should need to take to breakthrough the methadone? I take anywhere from 130-200 mgs (or more on some days). But I haven't taken any in more than 24 hrs. I did take about 220 mgs of methadone yesterday tho. am I just wasting my time? for all the good it did me I might as well have just stuck it up my ass! wait, I DID hahahaha. anyway, gimme your thoughts...

That's only about 120-150mg of morphine actually absorbed.

220mg methadone is way more than that. Probably 300mg morphine IV equivalent (900mg if plugged/snorted etc). I don't suggest you do that much.

Not in the sense like suboxone does. But it does raise your tolerance to the point where getting high on other opiates while on methadone would require a heroic and possibly lethal dose, especially if you are on a couple hundred MGs per day.. When i was on 80mg per day I would have to shoot like 7 bags to barely feel it.

If you are on that big a dose of methadone you're gonna have to abstain for a solid week before you'll get anything worthwhile from morphine sulfate, in my experience. Also , be careful combining benzos with methadone, it is real easy to off yourself this way. I have lost a few friends from this exact combo. Just because you aren't feeling high, doesn't mean it isn't effecting your central nervous system.
