We want to bring a fifth member onto the moderating team for BDD.

Anyone interested in becoming a new BDD moderator, send in an application to me, hydroazuanacaine, Mugz, effie, and amapola.

In your app include -

* your drug of choice (I'm serious)
* your favorite Iggy Pop song (I'm even more serious)
* region you live in - basic biographical data
* why you're interested
* why you believe you'll be a good fit
* any relevant experience/education
* how much time you can dedicate to the position
* any other relevant information about you
* a little bit about who you are



Right now the deadline is Sunday, Sept. 18th at 5pm Eastern U.S. time. However this may be extended, but get those apps in soon!

well we have gotten so many applications that we're not really even bothering ourselves with reading them anymore, but i'm gonna go ahead and bump this anyway.

In some ways I am tempted but I dont think I have the time at the moment with all my CBT work and I really don't think I have the knowledge either.

I also have a fine collection of pornography on my hard drive that sees very little action these days, ADs you gotta...hate em ;)

You don't need super-knowledge, you pick things up pretty fast and it's easy to learn quickly on BL, there is so much information! I understand about the time thing though, that is completely fair enough. You've got a lot to be focussing on at the mo. Maybe think about doing something like this once you've got further into your CBT though, it could help as it's something you can do sat at home that involves interacting with people and feeling like you are doing something useful :)

^ Well, I don't want to be a mod. The official reason being that my English is far from perfect. The unofficial one being that I'm an anarchist ;)
 
Haha I suppose the concept of moderators might not work with anarchist principles.. but you do get a name change remember! Might be worth giving up your principles for that ;)
