^That's strange about the pleasure score, but I guess not that surprising considering it's and average and it probably has a significant quantity of strong detractors chiming in. But for me, of all the tryptamines I've tried, it has the most "non-commital" or sheer chemical euphoria -- it's sort of like a slow release MDMA with visuals and light psychedelia at 60 mg oral or 20 mg IM for me. I never get nausea or a headache when IMing the HCl. I agree that it's not a stellar psychedelic on its own, but I consider it to have perhaps the greatest utility of the compounds in my repertoire, as it's without peer in its ability to provide a powerful positive push when combined with other psychedelics, dissociatives, other empathogens (keeping the aMT dose low), stimulants, and gabaergics. I've had some of my best trips with it in combination with DPT and 4-AcO-DMT (both combos better than candy flipping IMO). I also used it as a pure euphoriant in low sub-psychedelic IM doses (12-15 mg), and that has resulted in some of my most drool-inducingly euphoric experiences with opiates, 4-FA, MDMA, amphetamine, GHB, ketamine, and nitrous.
Despite my overwhelmingly positive experiences with it, I admit I'm surprised by the seeming preponderance of positive reports by others over the last few years. Certainly a headache in the latter hours and being nauseated from it during the onset both seemed like they were reported more before the mephedrone debacle created a massive demand for designer empathogens/stimulants in the UK.
