i completely agree with the above post! the first time i tried acid (quite recently i might add!) it was 2 avatars and i boosted it by smoking dmt (also my first time lol) and i was alone doing this! sounds like a recipe for disaster but the truth was i could fully let go, having no one to have an ego around and the curiosity instead of the fear i fully appreciated my trip, way more then later trips with others around, maybe im just odd though!lol

Funny that you brought this up MM as i was reading the crystal to blotter threads by chinacat72 on another forum outta boredom earlier lol

i had brown microdots and they were fucking great. Clean, not very deep but really happy, lots of giggles. Its very standard colour for microdots cant really tell anything specific..

I've seen too many people struggle with their first time on LSD as they were underdosed, and were trying to remain in reality....you need to see what acid can do, and where it can take you, for a first timer, more is best I reckon.

Very, very true. Precautions must obviously be taken though, but they're usually unnecessary. Thankfully.

Though it can be hard to explain to people why you want to fill yourself full of psychedelics and listen to Children of God by Swans. Sounds like many people's idea of hell. Probably close, actually. ;)

Avatars are supposedly 240ug Mayans 200, but the Mayans are regarded by most as the best EU acid around. Just wanting a few to last the next year! Only trip twice a year at most, so may as well get the best.

Both those I have a source for, or have you any other recommendations? Heard the fat Freddie's are good but inconsistent.

Go for the Mayans, the Avatars aren't anywhere near that strong.

Those Brown Microdots - if they same I've encountered are very weak and only about 50-60ug.
 
had those same shivas around a month ago, mine had a grey design printed on the flip. as an experienced user I'd say they were mild, also managed to get my hands on the last batch of hofmanns that also had a grey print on the flip, with "THE ORIGINAL" in black letters on the bottom of the sheet. boy, they were strong.

Ended up going for the White on White, apparently very very clean. 110ug, but the price was right :)

Yeah I can believe they're only 50ug, I had a 150ug tab the day before which was very nice indeed, so that's probably why a 100ug dose of the two microdots didn't really do anything.

Hey I was at a festival, you have to indulge sometimes :)
 
trying the pharoh's tonight (hopefully).

yeh heard the pharohs are 150ug, let us know what theyre like as ive been offered them and was wondering about the quality as theyre kinda expensive

how much is expensive dude? it kinda pisses me that people moan over as much as two quid.

I've been dropping since the early 90s, and we were paying 5s each them days, sunrises, pengiuns, strawbs and don't forget the purple ohms.

look at the price of weed these days, mdma , decent coke. everyfuckingthing has gone up, and to be fair....if you know something is good, then one should be privileged to be able to get it in the first place.

A tenner each or 10 for 80 when there are others goin 10 for 50-60 etc but theyre ganesh and shivas or else liquid self dripped out of a bottle which i wouldnt really trust as a drip is usually too much liquid to properly absorb equally into each tab unless its properly diluted to the right amount, it just means if you wanna trip balls you could have to end up paying 30-40 quid just for the cid, im sure there are people out there getting them cheaper but was just wondering what the quality of the actual cid is like in them

I started dosing in the mid 90s, on the other side of the pond. In those days $5.00 hits were the going rate in high school. But in the Bay Area, In the haight-ashbury district of San Francisco or Santa Cruz (the Mall), Berkley (around Peoples Park) sheets were going for $30-$35 a sheet. Australia, by contrast had $25-$35 aus dollar hits from what I had been told. Goney Bird, Clown Acid, white botter, red gel (various colors), greatful dead acid; 4-way8(. Somebody actually had an exhibition of de-LSDed acid from the 60s on. He apparently was a collector of the art which was featured on the 20th anniversary of the (US) summer of love. At dead shows $2.00/ hit was the going rate (about 1 pound in the exchange rate back then) and they toured the USA and a few other countries with the family following them around from show to show bringing acid along with other goodies (alot of non-drug ones too). Big outdoor scene, I would imagine that festivals in Europe have an analogous thing going on. "Shakedown street" and its alleys were the places to get acid, E, nitrous ballons, cannabis, and sometimes more esoteric things. Anyway, back then their was a little idealism thrown in with the profit motive. Then draconian penalties were instituted- hippies were getting 10 year sentences for 10-20 hits+. At any rate, enough history and culture, don't want to bore anyone.



I see that there is alot of acid in Northern Ireland. Wonder if it will play a role in the peace process preventing a full rekindiling of the Troubles. Maybe bringing Protestant, Catholics, and other religious or Ethnic groups together. Or maybe they are a way of working through the memories in a population, albeit a young one that were children or early adolescents at the hight of the Troubles (which seem to be trying to rekindle periodically.

Anyway, it seems a strange coincidence that alot of people on this thread are from Ulster (or maybe its just easily obtainable).

Although it appears there is a large amount of acid in Northern Ireland there isn't really, it tends to be a small group of people per area who gets it in - looks like plenty of BLrs know these people. :) Connects really vary here with cid, one day a dealer could have 100s, the next none (claiming there is a drought) while another has 1000s. I would say if someone from Dublin or down south somewhere posted up then they would have quite a list of acid availability to share.
 
wow! those pharoh prints blew me away last night :) i actually enjoyed them more than the freddies but that may be because i was in a much more relaxed setting etc. But i would deffinately pay a tenner a go for them.

wtf? I remember all them, never paid more than 2.50 each even if just buying a couple, and I was a very green young'un then, certainly not well connected.

In fact penguins I remember cos that was when things started to get weaker, and we got them for 1.60 each, but think we bought a hundred, again, wouldn't have been selling for more than 2.50, that was a standard price for acid.

A lot of the time at "acid" parties, rather than the organised raves that were taking off, acid was free anyway....


more edit...hahah it's all flooding back, strawberries we used to get 5 for a tenner, standard price, off a dealer in a pub, not a mate or owt.
