piracetam without choline

does anyone here take piracetam without choline?

i just got 100 grams of piracetam and friend of mine says it best to take with choline

but when i did some research there is some people who say they take it without choline and some say they feel sick without it etc

any input?

I took it without Choline for a while and eventually added it in. The headaches I sometimes noticed when I first started taking Piracetam diminished with the addition of the Choline. /shrug

I take Piracetam without choline as well for general cognitive performance (not only for MDMA potentiation) and I am doing alright. I do eat a lot of chicken though.

Btw, this thread might be more suitable in the healthy leaving forum, but I'll leave it here for now.
