The night before last I had done about 20mg of oxycodone for the first time in months and woke up yesterday with a general tired hung-over feeling, like the way I used to feel every morning when I was addicted. After hanging out around my house all day, smoking weed and basically doing nothing (besides reminding myself why I quit opiates in the first place), I decided to hit up a party going down a few minutes from my house.

I still had a few hours to kill before heading over, so I made a large cup of chamomile tea for its sedative effect, drank it down and made another. At this point I decided to ingest between 10-15mg of MDPV in a gelcap. My tolerance is pretty low right now although I have been using the drug every second or third day for a few weeks, and the last time I took this amount orally I experienced a pleasant and very noticeable stimulation for a good six hours. The peevee was intended to get me off my ass and into party mode, something it is usually pretty good at doing.

About half an hour after taking the capsule, I fell asleep watching TV on my bed waiting for the drug to kick in. I woke up four hours later, in a very confused state, having experienced vivid and sexually-charged dreams and obviously having tossed and turned in bed as my quilt was tangled around me. It took me a good 5 or 10 minutes to figure out what day it was and what exactly had happened to my plans for the evening. I decided to walk down the street to get some fast food and could barely order, my head was so foggy. A friend of mine happened to be at the restaurant and he commented on how flustered and confused I looked, we went back to my house and smoked a joint of some Cali Mist that actually made me feel semi-normal again. After the joint I watched a few more TV shows and easily fell asleep, something I can't usually achieve less than eight or nine hours after using MDPV.

So, in conclusion, MDPV can have some strange effects on the body and mind when one sleeps through the high. For the hour and a half I was awake before passing back out, my consciousness was altered in a way that I have never experienced before, nothing like a stimulant high or comedown. Interestingly enough I've snorted peevee and taken a few Ativans right after, deciding to go to bed instead, and slept the whole night through, with nothing like this happening. Also of note is my friend who took acid last summer and fell asleep before the trip kicked in, when he woke up a few hours later he was in a semi-psychotic delirium that lasted for the rest of the day. Sleeping on drugs that stimulate the CNS seems like a pretty poor idea, and now I can say this from personal experience.

EDIT: I don't drink Chamomile tea very often (more of an orange pekoe guy tbh). Is its sedative effect really strong enough to overpower a reasonable dose of a stimulant? Keeping in mind that I would take 2-3mg of Ativan with an equivalent dose of MDPV and not be tired at all. Or was it more likely that my body was just exhausted enough to conk out anyway?

I feel compelled to pass along some well researched and tested information regarding MDPV. In an unrelated situation a while ago I tried MDPV for the first time and made a critical mistake, I underestimated the compound. Prior to dosing (~45 minutes) I had taken a standard dose (25mg) of promethazine. Normally I would have done my homework on MDPV as to prevent situations like this; in this case I did not and I experienced a near overdose on antihistamines (H1 Antagonist). Stumped, confused and being overwhelmed by one of the worst feelings I have experienced I compiled almost every relevant bit of information regarding the "safe" way to take it. I will share my results; Morteus DarkBlog (when it loads garbled text, just refresh the page using F5 key or by clicking refresh
Now MDPV is an extremely strong dopamine, H1 and H2 antagonist; meaning any compound that affects the H1, and H2 receptors will either have exponentially increased effects (in the case of diphenhydramine) , or it will have an exponentially increased inverse affect (in the case of full agonists like oxycodone, hydrocodone and others.); in layman's terms: if you have any antihistamines in your system when you take MDPV, it will increase the effects of the antihistamine by approximately 10x (I have overdosed on 12-16 Benydrl before and the effects were about the same), and if you take a full agonist drug the expected "pain killing" effects will be reversed; pain killers will cause pain (My girlfriend and I have experienced this firsthand after taking a threshold dose of MDVP and then hydrocodone). Now I have a list of almost every compound that can interact dangerously with MDPV on my website so PLEASE check the list prior to using MDPV

That was a Very Good post Morteus.. so little is known about this compound and the apparant dangers it can pose... I am glad that someone has taken the time out to warn other on what could turn out to be a very dangerous combination.. and that's what this site is all about..

wow! this is some good info and explains a lot actually. the first (and only) time a binged on mdpv i stayed up all night then tried to knock myself out with some decently large benadryl doses. i was completely FUCKED off the DPH but still for the life of me could not sleep. it was the worst 48 hours of my life man.
