Nose damage

So I've had a rather irritatingly painful scab (which seems to be healing; I hope anyway) develop from (I think) railing mdma. I work on a building site so the concrete/scilica/other dusty nasties I breath all day probably havent helped. I cant even remember when it first developed, but it has been horrible. I still think its got a while to go yet. Anyone else ever had this, or have I somehow cut my nose in my sleep?
 
MDMA, like coke, can damage the nasal cavity. Most drugs aren't really healthy for it. I would take it orally in the future and that might help with the issue. However, you mention that you work on a building site and while I don't have personal experience, I would guess that that would have an ability to worsen the issue.

If you still intend on insufflating MDMA, try put a little water in after the MDMA, I've heard that this will make your nostrils a little less raw and it has helped me with insufflating adderall in the past. Adderall tended to dry my nasal cavities out and so the water kept things from staying up there and causing too many orange boogers lol.
 
I take one bomb then rail a smaller amount to make me come up quicker, then the bomb hits shortly after. Im probably gonna stick to bombing for now, as the scab is quite bad. I know MD fucks up your nose but this seems this scab is literally covering the whole inside-left of my left nostril, like a strip. Looks like I've been snorting acid peel lol.

^ thanks for the tip with mixing with water. Potential for it to get stuck in the nostril though? with it being so clumpy
 
You can buy the natural nasal sprays which are often easier to use than water which will help wash out the nostril after snorting. You should refrain from snorting until the scab has healed as you could end up burning through the bit in the middle of your nose (Septum).

You should also be very careful if you share your snorter with anyone else as you will be at a higher risk of catching infections (hepatitis etc)

He isn't asking if he should snort MDMA, he isn't asking for better ways to consume it, and most of all HE ISN'T ASKING FOR YOUR ADVICE. Stop acting like you do everything right man, your posts are condescending and annoying.

OP- It's possible that this is from MDMA. I had a scab like that too and wasn't sure what it was from. After reading this I am pretty sure that mine was from MDMA too. It'll heal though, as mine is gone.

Everytime I have railed MDMA, my nose has bled a little. I don't do it very often. But I'm sure that if you railed it a decent amount you'd start to get some damage.. I used to get scabs/dry skin on the outside of my nostrils due to excessive k use, and the skin around it was always irritated. Expect nasal damage from any substance, really.. I've always kind of noticed that the more painful a substance is to my nose, the more damage it seems to do.
 
Update: Think its a combination of both, its healing up pretty good now and it falls of every day, but keeps feckin growin back. On a very dusty site today and was fuckin hot, got home, nose is pretty much completley shut. Oh noes.
 
Try not to think about it. It will get better. You don't see people on here inquiring about why they have a scab in their nose from 10 years ago sniffing MDMA, so it for sure goes away.
 
Yea bro, I know; if I thoguth it was permenant I'd be down the rhinoplastician asap haha, it's just painful and irritating, and I cant really bitch about it anywhere but on here...

The entrance to one nostril scabbed just a bit after a few days worth of heavy cocaine. So yeah, it happens. I put neosporin on it and gave it a rest.
 
This goes a long with the thread about the guy who got a chemical burn or whatever in his mouth from sublingually taking MDMA, theres probably some cut out there thats acidic or something that burns on contact with your skin.

Just take it orally folks...
