Basically I've been up for about three days, 57 hours total. This is somewhat normal for me, as i only sleep every other day and have been since march or so. I've taken my prescribed 30mg IR adderall about every 4-5 hours during this time (minus today, i upped my dose of adderall to 60mg 4-5hrs)

I got my hands on an old percocet 10 that i had in an old pill bottle and there is a party tonight that I'm really wanting to go to. Percs and adderall are usually an awesome combo for me, although the opiate tolerance is 0, so it might hit me a little harder than im used to.. Not to mention i believe I am what they call ''brain fried''

Can anyone tell me what to expect?

Basically i plan on taking the percocet as a come-down aid and im going to separate it about 6 hours from my last adderall pill

thanks in advance

The oxycodone will help the comedown from the Adderall (amphetamine) binge considerably. Oxycodone is pretty stimulating, however, but it will certainly take the edge off.

Make sure you're staying hydrated and eating healthy food during this whole thing, taking a multivitamin and an extra vitamin C supplement will make a big difference too.

Yeah, today especially ive been feeling really dehydrated. I took a multi-vitamin and a magnesium supplement, hopefully it will help.

Thank you!

I enjoy the mix of opiates with Adderall. The combo for me gave me the euphoric speedy feeling from the Addie with a somewhat calm, soothing high from the opiate.

Like NeighborhoodThreat said, you def. need to stay hydrated. It is insane how easily I get dehydrated on Addies. Also, you should most likely avoid driving. With the lack of sleep and the drugs, driving is most def. not a good idea.

^Good point. I wouldn't operate heavy machinery until this whole experience is over and you've gotten a proper nights' rest. :)

Yeah, I had to mention that to him. I went on a Addie bing mixed with Oxys and was up for about 3 days. I was driving, not tired, and the next thing I know I'm waking up seeing a airbag that had been deployed and smoke. Apparently I had nodded out behind the wheel while I was driving on a interstate. I hit the beginning (the edge part) of a guard rail on the side of the interstate doing 70-80mph.
