Just had a minor surgery...antibiotics and ecstasy?

so i just had my adenoids removed today (sort of like tonsils but there in your nasal cavity). anyways, i am on antibiotics called a Z Pack but i have a dubstep/electro show to go to on saturday, in 3 days. would it be okay to drink and/or pop some ecstasy/molly if i did not take my antibiotic pill that day? i know antibiotics stay in your system for a few days after you take them but i remember reading that if you need to take medication that reacts with them you should just space them out a bit and not take them at the same time. so under this theory i should be okay?

if anyone could let me know if anyone thinks this will be alright to do or share any information they have please do. another concern is what the mdma may be cut with, but im hoping not taking the antibiotics that day will eliminate any uncertainties.

The stories i hear about taking MDMA/ Ecstasy whilst on Anti Biotics are never good ones....
Always "I got really really Ill, worst ive ever felt in my life"

Also the same effect from AMT and Antibiotics.

I would avoid antibiotics & MDMA- this will effect the ability of your antibiotics to do their job, and have you needing to go on an additional series of antibiotics.

Antibiotics work in a way that requires you take them on time, and don't skip them- you are on a schedule that is likely set up to make sure you don't have any harmful bacteria or infections enter your surgery site or bloodstream.

Z-Packs are known for sometimes having issues completely killing off an infection in non-drug users who follow the instructions properly- to add MDMA to the mix, in place of your antibiotics, you are almost certainly nullifying the benefit of a milder antibiotic regimen.

I'd really advise you not to mix these two, or skip your z-pack.

hmm. not the answer i was hoping for. perhaps i should just get some opiates and take those along with some coffee at the show? that shouldn't be a problem, should it? after all they gave me some weaker opiates on my prescription today so...

also, you advise me not to skip the z pack right? i read that if i skipped 1 day it wouldn't be bad. but your right with the added use of mdma/alcohol it would increase the chances of the z pack not working due to the lower immune. hmm choices choices choices.

It's a really bad idea to skip antibiotics. I'm all about having fun- but I've done the antibiotics + MDMA thing, so I know the outcome first hand.

I'd go for the opiates, and save the MDMA for another time. Don't allow the MDMA to be accessible to you at the event, just enjoy what have you- if you are already prescribed these opiates for surgery pain, I don't see the harm in taking them for fun as well.

yeah thats probably my best bet. but i probably wont be taking the opiates i was prescribed at the event. id probably just get something stronger on my own. but there still opiates and in the same family so i dont see a problem with it. but yeah mdma will probably just make me feel like shit afterwards given my situation.
