So? They've already got 2C-E on the chopping block because idiots are selling it as "bath salts" And I've been in this scene since it first started. A LOT of substances have been banned since, 5-MeO-DiPT, AMT, 2C-T-7... because of an article in Rolling Stone magazine and a few bad stories.

And are you kidding about being slow? 018, 073... they were relatively new. I don't care about the drones... but even on the state level, a lot of compounds are being banned... methylone being one.

All of what we view as relatively harmless... the Feds don't as soon as there's an incident and concerned parents start making noise.

And they honestly don't even have to. They just don't want to have to go through the trouble of taking someone to court and making a huge example out of them over the abuse of the Federal Analogs Act, which basically covers EVERYTHING on the market these days But as soon as they win one of those cases, guess what, everything in that class will be gone. They technically don't even need to specifically ban any DOx, 5-MeO-tryptamine, a 2C-x or a JWH. But it's not worth their time taking someone to court over. It's simply easier for lawmakers to get involved.

Obviously all of this stuff is going to be gone, but you should be worried, because believe me, it happens sooner than later. And they're really on a roll right now.

If they are here looking they will probably find which substances that are talked about alot and then they can make a decision on what to ban.

I agree. I'm just saying as a community, we shouldn't be straight up giving them suggestions.

I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm just making my case.
 
I get your point and would edit my title if i could, i guess time will tell which new chems will hit the market and what people likes...
 
I predict that eventually customers will be sufficiently dissuaded from purchasing RCs, and move to the illegal drug market. There will be high demand for conventional psychedelics and the RCs that tended to stand out above the rest. Eventually, violent revolution will overturn current drug laws, and bicycle day will become a national holiday. High grade mescaline will be distributed free of charge at every Starbucks and Walgreens, and cannabis will be court prescribed for anger management.

was thinking about TMA the other day; i'd like to see it but i think it would be unusual to see it pop up, i don't think it has much of a recreational value
 
All the TMA's are illegal in the US, unfortunately.

TMA-2 is very recreational. Wish i could get more of it, but was only able to get a single dose when I got it.
