just wanted to say a sharp hello to everyone as im new here :-)

was also wondering if many people from the uk used this ? if so, where abouts in uk are you?

im from near newcastle, some shit hole of a town !
 
Hey welcome , i loved the metro center in newcastle i thought it was awesome anyway im from the north east but not of england , the north east of scotland =p lol

hey, welcome to EADD. the majority of EADD users are british so you'll find plenty of compatriots, i'm guessing because its an english language forum.

i consider us a pretty friendly bunch so hopefully you'll enjoy hanging out here.

i live in a horrible part of leeds but try and spend as much time as possible elsewhere!

I thought everyone from Newcastle and its surroundings was fiercely proud of their homeland? Don't you sit there drinking Broon and munching on tattie scones in front of effigies of 'Wor Jackie' while awaiting your deployment to some faraway civilisation elsewhere in Britain to spread the word of just how great Newcastle is?

I'm kidding. Welcome to EADD. We don't hate folk from the north-east. We even have one on staff.

There are a few BLers from round your way, I'm much further south myself..

EADD is one of the busiest forums on BL, so plenty of people on here, mostly from UK but got members from all over Europe :)
