that is what I thought. However they may have meant hydromorphone and mistyped due to nodding.

I have micron filtered and IV'd percocet before, only because of extreme pain.

The APAP is mostly removed due to the cwe, and what was left was a safe amount to IV (as APAP is used IV in medical settings).

Snorting APAP obviously isn't a good idea for the sake of harm reduction.
