Lasting Music Euphoria

Has anyone else noticed an intense connection to music after experiencing music on psychedelics?

I feel like before I stepped into the realm of psychedelics, music had much less of an effect on me. Now I can sit down and listen to a song and just feel the energy as a massive wave of euphoria overwhelms me. Sometimes I find myself wanting to dance (and give in if I'm not in too public of a place haha) to the music in my head because the energy is so powerful.

Dubstep is especially powerful to me now for some reason.

I got way more into music after I started smoking weed. My music collection went from about 10 - 15 Gigs to over 160.

Yes!

After feeling such a massive connection to music while tripping, it is much easier to recall that deep bond.

I should add that I didn't even like electronic music until I started experimenting with substances. Before I only looked at it as annoying noise, now I understand that that 'noise' has more emotion and power behind it than lyrical words themselves.

ooooh yes, Definately!!!
I love music on ketamine and MDMA too.

Ketamine its the best though, I feel like im in the speakers sometimes haha its sooo different sounding.

My music collection also increased, Particularly Psytrance and Hardstyle

this is one of the best things about tripping, increasing one s awareness towards beauty around us. i find myself connecting better to music, as well as other arts, not only because i remember feeling something when i last tripped, but also because i "feel" it better, i understand its textures more, and find it easier to get carried away by it.
I wonder if there are substances more prone to giving lasting music appreciation, more so than others. for instance, for me, mushrooms, as well as synthetic tryptamines and lsd, give me the biggest boost and for the longest time, as opposed to K (which for my brain just isnt suited)

i feel more connected to the music now, although i've always had that feeling.

now everytime i hear electronic music, especially the wahooom of dubstep, i get chills.

Oh gosh, listening to a good dubstep drop for the first time (or the 100th..) is such an overwhelming flood of endorphins, the chills so intense, it's probably the strongest rush I've ever felt. It blasts me out of the stratosphere.

I just wish everyone could feel the power of the simpler things like this, it makes everyday life so much fuller.

I get that rush and the Chills from trance without any psychadelics, but i notice it a lot when its the higher/ dreamier parts of Hardstyle music...

Biggest time i notice it is those euphoric hands in the air moment on MDMA , but i do get long lasting music euphoria from ketamine, i enjoy much more music than i usually do for the next few days after doing it lol
