anyone tried this? I started it 4 days ago and the gains (mass and strength) are already apparent. Sides are negligible I think . . . so far.

questions:

  • Label tells me to run it 4 weeks at 50 mg a day, but the consensus on the internets seems to be (daily dose by successive week) 50/50/75/75/75 or something. Dosing suggestions?
  • Recommendations for PCT?
  • How many calories should I consume per day?
  • What is the chemical structure?
  • What will Xanax do to my cycle?
stuff seems pretty awesome so far, so early in the cycle. My only other PH experience is a Superdrol/Halodrol stack that worked really well a few years back.
 
the consensus on using benzodiazepines on steroids is that it probably isn't going to help but it isn't as risky as using stimulants.

It might be best to ask the regulars about the other questions though, I can't say for certain regarding the rest of your questions.
 
You were not ready to run a PH. It's incredibly apparent when you said you haven't noticed sides and are only 4 days in.
 
In the interest of harm reduction, what side effects would he be experiencing beyond 4 days into it?

Absolutely nil. Unless you were taking massive doses of cheque drops and methyl-tren together. Even drol shouldn't give you noticeable sides other than water retention just 4 days in. Side effects always start much later into a cycle.
 
I always advise against using these so called prohormones. They are not "new" compounds, but compounds abandoned years ago because their rewards were simply not worth the risks. They are typically very weak, and will really fuck up your bloodwork. HDL goes through the floor, LDL skyrockets, your liver values all get raised and blood pressure issues are the norm. The tried and true steroids are really the safest, not to mention backed by years of research.

With respect to your questions, I would stick to 50mg and see how you feel. I've had to cut cycles short because I was quick to jump the gun and up the dose and ended up feeling like shit. PCT will probably not be terribly helpful, but if you want, try 50mg clomid or 20mg nolvadex per day for 2 weeks.

There's no answer for your calories question. It depends on your metabolism and your goals. Some people can eat 1000 cals ove maintenance and just gain muscle. Other people gain just fat. It's something that you have to learn for yourself through trial and error. Xanax will have no interaction issues, but will result in shitty workouts.
