Bluelight has had a total of over 200000 users ever registered now.

Just thought you'd like to benchmark that stat. :)
 
LOL, I won't bother with useless stats in the future then!... just thought it was cool to have 200000 members ever reg'd i remember when it was < 1000
 
I remember when there was a big controversy over whether getting more than 10000 members would ruin BL :D

There's really no argument. If all of those people were posting at the same time, there would be some people who would leave because it looked like a chatroom, some people that would leave because the bandwidth had been reached, some people that leave based on RL situations, etc. and changes happen to accommodate the ever-changing atmosphere and desires of people visiting.

surprising... I seem to remember us hitting 100,000 not that long ago. but then again I'm very old and my memory isn't... something something.

any plans to perform some housekeeping on inactive non-posting usernames? i always wanted to do that, when I didn't have a life haha. ;)

Nice find, Chr1.5. And yeah, it'd be good if we could recognize (celebrate?!?!) this kind of thing. I'll throw it to the admin, see if they can be useful, since I've proven my use is extremely limited :P
