40mg oxycontin orally with no tolerance+ 150 mg

so i bought a 40mg oxycontin today, my dumbass forgot they are time released, so i orally swallowed it, and started feeling it within a few hours just a subtle head high with mild euphoria and pain relief, than the itchiness and nausea started after 3 hours of taking it, and thats a sign i know that its really kicking in but it was so unbearable i had to buy tons of anti itch creams etc, i also bought some cough syrup and took 150mg of dxm, because i wanted to boost my high, its been about an hour, i dont feel much of a difference, also how can i stay awake from falling asleep, is this it for the high, or is it going to increase its been four hours since i took the 40mg oxy, the pharamacist said the effects of the time released should keep increasing for another few hours, so any opinions/advice i want the dxm to increase the high, but not take it away.

I'm not sure how much of an additive effect the dxm will give you as its more of a dissassociative and effects a different part of your brain, to boost your high id say just smoke some dank bud if you have it. For staying awake try a coffee haha. To my understanding the extended release will stay in your system for around eight hours give or take a few depending on your metabolism and such.

you took too much dxm. it isn't going to harm you, but it will most likely overpower the the effects of your oxy. i usually take 30-60mgs 1hour before taking my opiates.

Don't buy anti-itch creams L0L. Diphenhydramine. Pop 50mg and ur fine.
