now after 2 n half years of abuse my body with k got really bad cramp's lost alot of body size,! K can be VERY VERY harmfull, << this is what most of my Dj mates/mates have had kidney stones in there early 20's, my pal having them drain tubes down your jap's eye/Bladder kept in too drain when you wake up from Op and yeah they keep you awake when they remove them 3 in total.
