Pretty sure this is wrong. I work at a brewery restaurant and I have to card customers purchasing our "non-alcoholic" beer which actually contains 0.4% alcohol. Could just be strict company ID policy though.

In PA you gotta be 21 to buy "nonalcoholic" beer cause like Odouls still has like .5% abv

I guess if it contains any alcohol, whether it's called non-alcoholic or not, you're gonna have to card. Makes a bit of sense...because if it has any at all, you can still eventually get drunk off of it. It'd just take longer, of course.
