This is referring to the crash as in the next day feeling like shit not the crash some experience when coming down from the peak (something that doesn't happen to me)
The thing that worked for me was not going to sleep shortly after coming down from the peak. Stay awake for at least 8 hours after coming down into the next day, staying awake till the next night works well. Now I know lots of people just wont be able to do this and need their sleep but if you can stay awake this helps a lot if you tend to feel like shit the day after M, then once you crash you get a better sleep and you wake up feeling almost 100 percent normal. If you have smokes smoking a cig(s) almost makes the effects seem to come back for a short time and makes getting through the next day a lot easier (the greens help too
). I usually take a calcium, multivitamin and some orange juice after coming down as well, as I've heard they help and I just have them lying around the house so why not.
